Timothy Geithner as Treasury Secretary

At first blush the markets appear to really like Timothy Geithner as Obama's Treasury Secretary.

To be frank, I don't know a lot about him. Here's what I've been looking at to get an idea of what he is like.

Geithner
has the main qualification he needs for the Treasury dept. along with some overkill. He's a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Kissinger and Associates to boot.

He'll be a shoo in come January.
