Hey Nancy
Give me $25,000 and I'll go buy a Ford. No, really, I will. It'd save you lots of money.

Good- while the GOP is in town they...
...could git to work on THIS!!!

"Put as many long-range torpedoes into the water aimed at Senator Obama's ship of state before Republicans lose control of the Executive Branch as possible. Here are a few:

*Appoint U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois Patrick Fitzpatrick as a special prosecutor so he can pursue his investigation of Tony Rezko and his corrupt dealings with Illinois's governor and other creatures and spoilsmen of the Daley Machine. This will make it politically difficult for a President Obama to pardon Mr. Rezko and impossible for him to terminate Mr. Fitzpatrick as a federal officer come January 21 as a way of de-railing this investigation.

* Appoint a special prosecutor to investigate ACORN's voter registration methods and its dealings with the Obama campaign.

* Appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the Obama campaign's on-line fundraising operation, including its disabling of the credit card security software on its on-line donations system. File a complaint with the Federal Election Commission regarding same.

* Appoint a bipartisan (love that word!) presidential commission to review the candidates' fundraising in this election cycle and to recommend changes in federal election laws.

File ethics complaints against Sen. Chris Dodd and Congressman Barney Frank for their relationship with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Countrywide Mortgage."

Please don't bailout the UAW! GM won't..
...survive it.
I worked at GM as a college intern
in the late seventies. Just weeks into my first stint (Buick engine plant) the union threatened two walkouts.
The first because a union worker had tried to burn the plant down some years before, been tried and convicted of arson, went to jail, and had recently been released. The UNION wanted him rehired. (oddly GM didn't want to rehire him)
The other was because a woman accused 2 men of raping her on the machine floor. GM wanted them suspended during investigation- the UNION said NO.
I was also VERY popular for things like plugging in projectors for meetings. Because the UNION insisted that management call a union electrician to do it. But because I was an intern management figured they could claim that I didn't know the rules.
Finally, I was curious about all the folks playing cards ALL DAY LONG on the machine floor. I was told that they had completed their UNION quota of parts for the day- before the first hour of their shift was up.
At 18 years old, I KNEW the UNIONS were going to force GM out of my hometown REAL SOON.
And they did. Flint, Michigan was a pretty cool town when I was small. Now it's a rundown place with unemployable people. AND THAT IS THE FAULT OF THE UNION!

Let Em
Let Em File Chapter 11!

Any of you people out there that don't like paying high taxes better open your mouths and stop this crap!

Finally some movement
I guess San-Fran-Nan has a lot of time to ponder the auto-industry bailout now that her book signing tour is over. How did that book sell? Oh yeah, a flop, just like her inept leadership of the House. Too busy signing books (or not as the case maybe) to work towards an energy solution.

Henhouse
Well the Dems have been successful: The foxes are guarding the henhouse. Kiss your taxes goodbye. Problem is: the Dems keep spending "all" the tax money, over and over and over again!

What part of NO BAILOUT does this woman not understand? What does she think? That the American people have a never ending supply of tax dollars that she can throw at all of her campaign contributors every time they start to cry?

Is she is so worried about bailing out the Big 3, I suggest she take up a collection among all of her rich Hollywood elites, then she can get a second mortgage on her vinyard in St. Helena, then her and her husband can get secong mortgages on their hotels. That should just about cover it.

Call her office: 202-225-4965.

Tell MS. Pukey NO BAILOUT! NO WAY! NO HOW! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Record Deficits
We've had to endure the liberal talking points for the last 8 years:
* fiscal responsibility
* "record deficits"
* borrow and spend presidency.

Seems they're out doing Bush in Nov alone!

The "keep the debt growing" Democrats!!!

What a bunch of ignorant, corrupt bozos !!!!

Not again
Let them go bankrupt like every other company would. It's not fair to keep using tax payer money to pay for the luxuries of these huge hungry corporations.

BUHBYE Big 3!!
I was born in the Motor City, and it's sort of a "fun name" for a town...or what used to be a town/city...

BUT...it's time now to say BUHBYE to the Big 3!!

Let them declare Chapter 11 Bankruptcy like other companies do; if you emerge, you emerge!! If you don't, OH WELL!!

We do not NEED the "Big 3". LET THEM GO if they can't manage themselves properly!!

Maybe...JUST maybe...when faced with the reality that they have to either kick the UAW OUT, or the UAW has to finally GIVE BACK, they'll somehow "find a way" to work it out...

My bet is that they will.

This whole Economic Collapse is absurd and it's a total Bipartisan FAILURE. (Actually, I blame it more on the Democrats, always crying for more "easy loans" and such...and BTW, I'm an independent...NOT a Republican!!).

If I were a Republican Rep
If I were a Republican Representative, I would vote no, and try to make sure that all the other Republican Reps voted no also. Let this bailout fiasco be San Fran Nan's and the Democrats baby.

Money?
Why do people keep voting this woman back in?
More money going out. This is beyond ridiculous.

Pelosi Galore is now on stage
in all her "Galory" and her little hairless dog Harry will be performing tricks on cue. This would be funny were not for the peril in which it places our great nation.

More like a China bailout
If this is feasable it;s a better idea than bailing out the auto industry......
