Acorn violating voting rights.... People destroying McCain-Palin signs.... Obama injecting race into the debate early on and using it as a bludgeon on any question of his character.... Sarah Palin being desecrated in the most vile ways including the use of the C word on Obama's website...----The list could go on and on. However, that being said the most important thing that can be gleaned from this interaction from MSLSD and Frumster is the idiotic notion that Frum and other supposedly astute conservatives partake in- and that is PLAYING BY THE LIBS RULES- here is one of the rules (a big one)- LET'S HAVE NO NEGATIVE CAMPAIGNING. Now on the face of it it seems oh so civil and nice and wonderful "cumbya" oh yea! But, stop and think and better yet stop and read history and find out about other campaigns and other time periods. What do you find? THERE HAS NEVER EXISTED SUCH AN ANIMAL!!! It's a sham, a game and the left wants conservatives to play it! McCain is the perfect foil. I watch him and he attacks a legitimate point in Obama's associations and ideas and then goes about saying what a fine president he'd be. It's like a man in a duel stopping in mid aim and going over to shake the guys hand! It's insanity. Its really FALSE GUILT! Don't you dare be mean to the BLACK GUY! Libs love this crap! |

I was particularly disapointed at how much he looked down. He looked beat up and depressed. No a great moment for him. |
|
Through this entire interview why was there no mention at all of the horrible things Obama crowds say about Pailn? No mention of the 'Palin is a C**t" t-shirts? The mocking of McCain's inability to use a computer? Calling McCain senile. Comparing George Bush to Hitler etc. The list of democrat offenses is far longer than the republican's
For republicans, having a friend like Frum is like having no friend at all. What a pathetic display. Frum accepted and promoted the hostess's apparent premiss that everything the McCain campaign does is unserious and bad, and had no equal comment regarding the far worse behavior of the the democrats in Obama's campaign.
Frum called for more serious discourse. He was serious alright, seriously pathetic. |
|
sure looked unhappy. That's okay, Frum has engaged in his fair share of nastiness. I'm glad to see "the bum Frum", as Taki Theodoracopulos refers to him, get burned.
I haven't forgotten his smear of Paleoconservatives like the above Taki, and paleolibertarians in his article "Unpatriotic Conservatives" for opposing the stupid Gulf War.
Frum looked like a weak and stupid fool that he is. |
|
the McCain-Palin rallies are Obama, Jr. plants. This tactic is right our of Saul Alinsky's textbook that was also provided Michelle Obama, Jr. with quotations she has used in public. |

He is too pessimistic for my taste but HE was making all the points and calling HER on being Ms Junior Olbermann 2008......... |
|
She can't take a joke from any conservative, yet she gets mad when someone takes a joke at her? She thinks McCain can be condemned for the actions of one guy at a rally, but Ayers is off limits?
I'd love to hear what she has to say about the Obama supporters with the "Palin is a C***" T-shirts...I'm sure that those can't be associated with Obama at all in her mind.
Give me a break! Frum could have thoroughly schooled her, she gave him HUGE openings, and he didn't take the opportunity.
Yes...Ms. Maddow, you do lower the level of the debate, sometimes to the same level as idiots at rallies (and you have a platform, which gives you a greater burden of responsibility) |

as well they should be. They made a Machiavellian deal to exploit our nation's worst impulses to achieve their dreams of permanent revolution. It backfired, once the McKlan rallies started to reveal the paranoia and racism of the "base". David Frum should be ashamed of himself, but at least he realizes what a disaster the Republican party has become. |
