70% Of Americans Don't Think Obama Has "Clear Plan" In Afghanistan

Investors Business Daily attributes that percentage to the fact that Americans are still generally unsure about what to do in Afghanistan in the first place. If they aren't sure, how would they really have an idea about what Obama should be doing?

I still think it's Obama's responsibility, as the head of the U.S. military, to provide some stronger guidance.
