ID's Needed to Vote?

The supreme court finally got something right. You need an ID for everything in the country. Voter fraud is a major problem. Good for common sense. Good for the court.

Um, you do realize that NOT having ID is what makes cheating so easy for some areas, right? And that the places with the worst record in vote fraud are solidly Democrat in nature?

I can see the headlines, though: "Chicago Voter Turnout Oddly Low."

And stop that silly "disenfranchise" claim while you're at it. How in the hell could requiring an ID disenfranchise anyone? It's letting illegal voters cast votes that does the REAL disenfranchising. When someone without the right casts a vote, it takes one vote away from a REAL voter on the other side of the issue.

Pretty much everyone has an ID (99%+ in the US), and the few who don't can either get one for free (or no more than $5 from your local DMV), or probably don't have the right to vote in the first place. Note, for example, that the most-famous case of this sort filed in recent years was by a woman who turned out to be registered (and voting!) in two different states - and she was, of course, a Democrat.

The fact
that that we even have to discus something so commonsensical is proof the left will overlook anything for votes.Aren't they the first ones to cry voter fraud when they lose any election? Poor dems now they have to pick them up at the corner and take them for a free I.D. then pick them up again to vote ,it's just not fair.

Great, Illegal Aliens Have Plenty ID's
Thanks to motor voter laws, many illegal aliens are registered to vote and have the ID to show because many states are still handing out drivers licences to illegal aliens. Not one of the Presidential candidates has any intention of stopping the illegal alien inundation. Say good-bye to your country.

GREAT DECISION!
The Supreme Court gets one right after their horrible “Eminent Domain” decision. Looking at how the judges voted we are once again reminded of how big of a disappointment Souter has been. In addition Ginsberg had way too easy of a confirmation considering her liberal stances.
