On the Road Again
Posted by: Tom DeLay at 11:01 AM
Howdy Townhall Readers,

If you couldn’t already tell, I’ve been on a vacation/fact-finding trip up to the northern part of our beautiful country and unable to post. Sorry for that, but there will be more to come as my good friends Ken Blackwell and Bob Beauprez join their CCM activists in Denver to combat the liberals – even those too liberal to blend in - and as I head to St. Paul for the Republican convention. In the meantime, I hope you all enjoy the Olympics…and the conventions.

Keep the Faith,
Tom DeLay

On the Other Hand...
Regarding your link to the story about the holding cells for protesters -- and your little jibe at those "too liberal to blend in" (whatever that means) -- I will say thank God I'm seeing some protests out there in the streets of Denver. For some political parties, apparently, dissent is still alive and well and tolerated (if not exactly welcome). It'll be interesting to compare this amount of visible protesting with what might happen at the GOP convention: Will we see unruly crowds on the streets in Minnesota on Fox News? Like I say, should be a telling moment.

Fact finding?
That's code for "fund raising" or "illegal bribes"?

Could someone please tell me why this little monster, the single most corrupt, vile character in our nation's entire history, is still walking the streets?

Fact-finding
So was it called "fact-finding" so that you could deduct the costs, or were you really looking for more facts to ignore?
