Will another count of premeditated murder get him the death penalty? I doubt it.
What I want to know is why he hasn't been charged with treason yet. |
That baby was just weeks from birth, it could have survived on it's own with a little help as a preemie. That baby was an American citizen whether Barry wants to accept that or not..that baby was one of America's 'posterity'..so mentioned in our Founding Documents. But to admit that would be anathema to the congregation of the first church of Beelzebub whose rites include the torture and sacrifice of preborn babies..Obama is the High Priest of that church.
Having said that, I agree, where are the charges of Treason? I have a feeling that won't be coming since we have 'diversity' to protect. The Gen'l Kissup Casey would never permit his Military Courts to include that baby..maybe if it's mother been a member of Hasan's faith but not as another AMERICAN victim..Treason is sooo passe'..The Rosenbergs were the last to pay the historic penalty for treason. If we went after treason today..we'd have the courts clogged just with the DemonRAT party cabal and the Whine House gang. |
Obama and his cronies don't view the unborn as human. |
"That baby was an American citizen"
To be an American citizen, you have to be BORN in America or born of American parents (or naturalized). The fetus doesn't qualify under any of those measures. |
For the southpaws to rant about what PFC Velez was carrying in her womb, just a lump of tissue, and Hasan should only be charged with 13 killings. As usual they go after the unimportant things. |
"Your forget Obama and his cronies don't view the unborn as human."
Neither does the Bible, American Law or the Scientific and medical communities...
But to the point, They've got this guy on 13 counts of pre-meditated murder. To prove #14, they'd have to prove 1) That he knew who PVT Velez was, 2) Knew she was pregnant, and 3) the fetus is actually a human being.
Why complicate an easy case?
Sorry, the Stacey and Conor Law (read, travesty that will never stand up to constitutional muster) was designed for killers who knew their victim was pregnant and caused the death of a fetus. |
Bob Munck monster of the Lake Worth, Fl. lagoon and big shot democrat insider who sat between Thomas "Tip" O'Neill and "do it for Teddy" Kennedy on the DC to Boston shuttle has weighed in and that's that! And we know that the big shot democrat insider always weighs in "truthfully", don't we. We call him, old honest Bob, cause' he never lies! |
Rule of Law, right? This one happens to be a Military Law.
"To amend title 18, United States Code, and the Uniform Code of Military Justice to protect unborn children from assault and murder, and for other purposes."
And the proper term is 'unborn child';
"As used in this section, the term `unborn child' means a child in utero, and the term `child in utero' or `child, who is in utero' means a member of the species homo sapiens, at any stage of development, who is carried in the womb."
No mention of age of unborn child, just that abortion cannot be prosecuted. The Unborn Child was killed and not by consent of the mother. What is it that is so complicated about a clearly defined law Axe? This isnt fuzzy outside world, this is military world without liberal judges.
Well, Military Justice is to Justice what Military Music is to Music.
And the fact is, these military lawyers looked at the law, and realized if they even TRIED to prosecute Hasan under it, they'd be asking for years of appeals.
My guess, however, is that they are going to do a cat scan of Hasan and find out he has a tumor or something nasty like that, and all you twits saying your sky pixie has a bigger sch long than their sky pixie are going to look pretty foolish. |
"No mention of age of unborn child, just that abortion cannot be prosecuted."
Your prior paragraphs were at your normal high level of incoherence. I take from the sentence I quoted that this is a military law affirming that abortion is legal? What does that have to do with anything?
I note that your quoted law says nothing about the fetus being an American. That's my point. |
how many innocent people were murdered by that scumbag, the PC courts, lawyers, media and military will handle him with "kid gloves".
They don't have the 'nads to stand up and call it like it was,...an islamic terrorist act.
Nah, they'll make all kinds of excuses that the poor little darling was under stress and if it wasn't for those "evil guns", never would have done those evil acts!
Thanks to the efforts of the PC, diversity loving, multi-culti morons, this country has become a nation of sniveling cowards.
Is Glen Beck the only one with the b***s to "call it like it is"?
Pathetic! |
Big Abortion says so. That, that big gob of goo, in a pregnant woman stomach is a fetus. Yes sirree, it's a fetus because that way, Big Abortion can kill that THING called a fetus with impunity, yes sirree, they can. And they do, to the tune of bout' 45 or 50 million of them pesky fetus's have been, what's that sophisticated term they use, oh yeah, "terminated". So clinical, and all, don't cha' know! Funny thing, though, that big gob of goo, in a pregnant woman stomach, after just 5 days, damn sure looks suspiciously like a human baby! That's because we now have a way to see that!! The horror of it all. Technology be damned. How come Big Abortion doesn't want anyone to see those pictures? Maybe the big shot democrat insider can tell us why. He knows everything else, and if he doesn't, he just lies. Often.
Abortion a national disgrace. But Big Abortion's pockets are deep and full. |
Guess thats where I infer you are talking about the bigger picture that Hasan cannot be prosecuted for the 14th death. But once again, I should realize you are not talking about the big picture, only a small detail to correct another post. (seems like I brought that up the other day as your MO to someone else?).
To be a little more articulate, the law is clear that its a punishable offense unless the mother aborts. And its reffered to as an unborn child, not a fetus. So regardless of other distinctions, its clear that the 14th can be pursued.

make all the difference. What a bunch of nutters you all are sometimes. |
A tumor? Are we making excuses for a man that had business cards printed up? I will give you that he he demons to deal with in the conflict of killing his own. And for that reason he should have been discharged. But we are PC...
Military Court. Not the fuzzy outside Court. Years of appeal? |
It doesn't matter how many innocent people were murdered by that scumbag, the PC courts, lawyers, media and military will handle him with "kid gloves".
They don't have the 'nads to stand up and call it like it was,...an islamic terrorist act. Nah, they'll make all kinds of excuses that the poor little darling was under stress and if it wasn't for those "evil guns", never would have done those evil acts!
Me- I think we need to determine what it is by having an investigation. It is very possible that Hasan is mentally ill. In fact, every story I hear seems to indicate that may be the case. Then shame on the Army for insisting on keeping him in uniform and not honoring his request for a discharge when he was clearly incapable and unwilling to perform his duties as an officer.
The Army screwed up here. And my guess is that they screwed up because they were more interested in filling a position than actually looking out for the overall good.
When I was in the National Guard in the 1980's, we had this bunch called the "Progressive Labor Party", essentially a bunch of hobgoblin radicals spewing mutilated marxism. Still had a few around in the 1980's who didn't realize the party from the 1970's was over. Well, a few of them were in my National Guard unit, the 131st Infantry. Turns out the 131 was so desperate to fill positions, they'd pretty much take anyone.
Well, I reported these guys a few times. "Hey, I've seen these fools at UIC, passing out phamlets calling for the overthrow of the government. Do we REALLY want to give these guys an M16?" I was pretty much blown off. Got to make those attendence numbers.
Long story short, these guys got caught in another state, wearing their uniforms, trying to incite members of the Michigan Guard who were defending a HOrmel factory in a strike to revolt. Somebody started paying attention THEN!
"Neither does the Bible, American Law or the Scientific and medical communities..."
Wrong, the bible mentions God knowing people in the womb, the Constitution doesn't make a distinction to burn or unborn, and there are pleanty of scientists and doctors who say it is a human being. If it isn't a human, then, there is some strange magical occurance that transmutes it from something else.
"But to the point, They've got this guy on 13 counts of pre-meditated murder. To prove #14, they'd have to prove 1) That he knew who PVT Velez was, 2) Knew she was pregnant, and 3) the fetus is actually a human being."
1. Would that matter even she wasn't pregnant? I doubt he knew who any of the other dead were.
2. I understand she was pretty far along.
3. Yes, a fetus is a human being. It is genetically its own unique human. It has human DNA. It is no less human than you or I.
"Why complicate an easy case?"
Justice for all 14 people who were killed, thats why.
The only point you might have is that the UCMJ may not count it as a double count of murder. I say again, the only point.
You regard a whole swath of Americans as inhuman. Such a shame. |
" Axeman A tumor? Are we making excuses for a man that had business cards printed up? I will give you that he he demons to deal with in the conflict of killing his own. And for that reason he should have been discharged. But we are PC...
Military Court. Not the fuzzy outside Court. Years of appeal?"
Me- I am not making excuses. I'm trying to find reasons. SHouldn't that be what we are all doing, or are you just trying to prove your Sky Pixie has a bigger d ick than his?
Everything I am hearing about Hasan, including the business cards, indicates a guy who is pretty clearly mentally ill. Calling himself a "Soldier of Allah" is hardly indicitive. It's like blaming Christianity for Andrea Yates drowning her kids.
Oh, and I agree, he should have been discharged. Hell's Bells, he WANTED to be discharged. And teh Army insisted on sending him to Afghanistan. "Hey, we got this mentally ill shrink who is passing out Jihadist business cards. What do we do, Sir?"
"Deploy him to Afghanistan!"
"Good call, sir!"
"Guess thats where I infer you are talking about the bigger picture that Hasan cannot be prosecuted for the 14th death"
John Allen Muhammad, one of the Beltway Snipers, was given the Big Sleep last night by my state government; he's dead. He killed at least 10 of the 16 victims, but he was executed for killing only one of them, Dean Meyers.
Is it a horrible miscarriage of justice that he wasn't also executed for the other nine murders? No, the guy is d-e-a-d, dead. That's the Big Picture. |
For the record, THIS is what a fetus looks like at 5 days...
http://media.ehd.org/flash/controls/images/1016.jpg
Nothing like a baby...
Personally, I'd like to see there be less abortions. But until you nutters actually support expanded family and medical leave, universal health care, etc. you all come off like a bunch of phonies bemoaning the fact women make the choice you've largely forced them into to feed your capitalist greed machine.
Hey, guy, it's like this. The Capitalist Masters of the GOP don't WANT abortion to become illegal. The last thing they want is to pay higher taxes and give out more benefits to women who get pregnant. They want childless women who will work for less than what a man will work for. |
'god told me to kill my kids' Yeager, and goes to the nuthouse instead of death row, then what? Which one of you brave christians will avenge the 13, I mean the 14? The only way you christians kill is by drones, remote or an electric chair. Cowards.
"so, if he is crazy, like Andrea 'god told me to kill my kids' Yeager, and goes to the nuthouse instead of death row, then what? Which one of you brave christians will avenge the 13, I mean the 14? The only way you christians kill is by drones, remote or an electric chair. Cowards. "
Don't forget on the feild of battle, pleanty of us are on in Iraq or Afghanistan or have been there.
Imagine that, another anti-religious liberal. Amazing, liberal tolerance is just awesome. |
"the unborn as human.". That's OK, the unborn feel the same way about them. |
It's Yates, not Yeager....
"Don't forget on the feild of battle, pleanty[sic] of us are on in Iraq or Afghanistan or have been there."
So you have. What is your point? When Cheney or Bush send their kids there, I'll be impressed.
yeah, a lot of liberals and even moderates are anti-religious, because conservatives have used religion to impose policies not even Jesus would support.
Yup, Jesus was all for tax cuts for the rich. Says so right here in the bible... Right after he supported Carrie Prejeans masturbation tape... ummm, still looking for that quote.
"Personally, I'd like to see there be less abortions. But until you nutters actually support expanded family and medical leave, universal health care, etc."
Um, abortion in countries with universal health care is still quite common.
"you all come off like a bunch of phonies bemoaning the fact women make the choice you've largely forced them into to feed your capitalist greed machine."
Capitalism doesn't make people pregnant. Sex does that. If they hadn't gotten pregnant, they wouldn't be in that situation. There is this novel concept called "dealing with the consequences of one's actions". |
John Muhammed killed 10 people in 10 different instances which would have required 10 different trials. Virginia was chosen because they're not wishy-washy on executing.
Hasan, one instance 14 dead. One Military Trial for 14 counts. |
Did Hasan have a screw loose? Yes. So did the Unibomber. That has nothing to do with being 'fit for trial.' If it were the case, every murderer in the country could arguably be deemed crazy.
The reason is we have become too PC. Being back home last month in Switzerland had me realizing it. Thats because the Swiss are known fo rbeing very straight forward and calling it as it is.
I see nothing coming from DC that will improve this PC issue in general. Its heading at speed in the other direction. |
A marriage, a union of religious zealots. Tolerance and adherence. The sky pixies see no evil in Allah, but don't mess with their Mother. CO2 killin' her. Poor soul. Fanatical are they in the defense of her. Who will win, Allah or Mother. After all, they're on a collusion course. Stay tuned. |
You don't know the shallowness that is Sceptic. A whole former life here as Kadoom. A West LA lib of the most elite snobbery. Good luck with that one also. |
I suppose all you Marxist apologist trolls would be happy if they gave Hasan a medal and set him free, huh?...Pathetic. |
Therefore she should be treated as the lying outcast that she is. Ostracized, ignored, and then left to twist slowly in the wind. Her life consists of showing up at a Conservative blog everyday, lie, caught in the lie, and then shamed and embarrassed. Yet, she shows up the next day, to do it all over again. Mental illness. It's the only explanation, mental illness. Lied so much that she had to change handles! She is sick. |
yeah and MaoBami would probably pardon him!
I'd guarantee he wouldn't sign a death warrent. |
I wonder what the hold-up is regarding the 14th count? In legalize, would the death of the unborn be something of a lesser charge since Hasan's attorney could argue that Hasan didn't know he was killing the baby? I just wonder since Scott Peterson's 2 murders were both premeditated. I wonder in this case if Hasan will face something like 13 premeditated charges and 1 manslaughter charge or something. It's not like it will matter. If he's tried in the military courts, he's obviously eligible for the death penalty for the murders alone--plus you could certainly make the case for charges of treason. It will be interesting since I'm pretty sure President Obama would be the one who would sign-off on the death order. |
"John Muhammed killed 10 people in 10 different instances which would have required 10 different trials."
Nonsense. He was also tried for six of the killings in a single trial in Maryland.
"Virginia was chosen because they're not wishy-washy on executing."
They weren't "chosen." If he'd survived the execution or been given clemency by the governor, he would have subject to the sentence handed down by Maryland.
Hasan will probably be given a single trial for his actions, and if found guilty will be given a single death sentence. He'll be just as dead as Muhammed is for the one killing and Timothy McVeigh is for the eight killings (out of 168) that he was convicted of. |
When I mentioned, last week, that the killer was muslim, Septic Tank's first response.
"sceptyczny writes: Thursday, November, 05, 2009 5:34 PM Muslim??? you are a total nutcase."
That's right------I am the nutcase for mentioning the facts.
Bottom Line: Septic's denial is consistent with the Legacy media. Very consistent. And, one cannot push the dialogue forward when their is this level of IGNORANCE.

use Jesus or the Bible to make a point, and yet not believe either? Sky Pixie's are religious zealots, G-D their Father is Government, and their mother is Mother Earth. They rabidly worship both, and demand that all do as well. And if you don't political correctness is employed to stifle your dissent. Propaganda and indoctrination begins early in children lives, and is carried through adulthood. The Bible that the Sky Pixies despise, states that the "Prince and the Power of the air", is Satan himself. So it's no wonder that the Sky Pixies control most of those airways and the media. Sky Pixies and Jihadis, Satan's emissaries. |

the death of the fetus, when mother is attacked or murdered, is handled differently in each state. since the military didn't count the unborn baby as one of the murdered victims, in the indictment, TEXAS can go after the terrorist for the death of the unborn. i am prayerfully asking each and everyone to email and write the attorney gen of texas to do just that. the military could take as long as 3 three years to get around to the military trial. this scum doesn't deserve 3 more years of life. please help. |

1. Southpaws are left-handed people...not getting why you would call someone that unless you know they are left-handed, last I checked that's not really an insult. I'm left-handed but that's the only lefty thing about me!!! 2. Sceptezeny is calling Christians cowards because we don't avenge wrongs by killing people...in my world that's a good thing. 3. I'm so tired of hearing people say "I'll send my kid, when Bush sends his to war." It's an all volunteer military made up of adults!!! There is not one child there saying, "My mommy made me come here." 4. 14 counts of murder and treason...that's the way to go... |

"Um, abortion in countries with universal health care is still quite common."
Me- Not as common as it is in the united states...

"Capitalism doesn't make people pregnant. Sex does that. If they hadn't gotten pregnant, they wouldn't be in that situation. There is this novel concept called "dealing with the consequences of one's actions".
Me- Yes, and these women are 'dealing with it', just not the way you want. But the point is, we all make the choices society forces upon us. Having a baby is a major decision. I have a co-worker who is going to have her first next week. Good for her. But she is going to almost definitely lose her job once her 12 weeks are up. (She's already been out for 7 because it was a difficult pregnancy.) Company's already got a temp ready to take her job. |
"So you have. What is your point? When Cheney or Bush send their kids there, I'll be impressed."
So, if that's the way you feel, why the hell would you support a vote for the health care plan that not one congressman will be using for himself?
You people are the most intolerant bunch of hypocrites. The next thing we'll hear is that it was Bush's fault that Hasan wasn't booted from the military. Yeah, I got it. The Pied Piper will not own a single thing as long as it has any taint and he can blame Bush.

Me- Really, any thing I would add would just detract from the hilarity.
"So, if that's the way you feel, why the hell would you support a vote for the health care plan that not one congressman will be using for himself?"
Me- Ummm, because we don't NEED a plan for Congress, we need one for the 46 million who don't have insurance and the 25 million who have crappy insurance because the insurance companies don't have to compete.
Nee- You people are the most intolerant bunch of hypocrites. The next thing we'll hear is that it was Bush's fault that Hasan wasn't booted from the military. Yeah, I got it. The Pied Piper will not own a single thing as long as it has any taint and he can blame Bush.
Me- Well, I have to ask the question, WHY wasn't he kicked out? Maybe because the military is so deserpate to keep as many warm bodies, they are willing to overlook nearly everything, including - yup - even gays.
"Did Hasan have a screw loose? Yes. So did the Unibomber. That has nothing to do with being 'fit for trial.' If it were the case, every murderer in the country could arguably be deemed crazy."
The Unabomber wasn't found crazy because he refused to let his lawyer enter an insanity plea.
"The reason is we have become too PC. Being back home last month in Switzerland had me realizing it. Thats because the Swiss are known fo rbeing very straight forward and calling it as it is."
Me- The Swiss are also whiter than white bread... It's easy to say that kind of thing when everyone is pretty much the same.
"I see nothing coming from DC that will improve this PC issue in general. Its heading at speed in the other direction."
Well, I think the problem is, when the military is having a hard time filling slots in a war that is completely unpopular, they are going to tolerate anything. If they had enough qualified shrinks signing up, you really think they would have kept Hasan? |
