Rossi Wasn't the Incumbent
The incumbent who lost was Congressman Dave Reichert, the former sheriff. He lost to Darcy Burner who, despite having the IQ of a celery stalk, was never "gotcha-ed" by the press. She makes the ideal drone for Obama (which was her main campaign promise).

Rossi lost but what else could you expect from a state that voted to raise its taxes for the second time in a row. That's right, the morons voted to increase the sales tax again to pay for the mass transit that no one will ride.

Dino Rossi
Dino wasn't the incumbent, but he should have been. In one of those interesting, "Democrats never commit voter fraud" cases, Dino won Washington 4 years ago, but after three recounts the Democrats in King County kept "finding" votes that hadn't been counted, resulting in a approximate 100 vote win.
