Jon Voight spoke well and was on target about the
empty suit. The left is being tried in power and
will be found to be not only lacking but stupidly
so. The World is a very sorry place compared to
other decades in our history. Where America will
be in a few years is up in the air, know one
really knows. All of the negative nations with
power and evil will be against us as they are
today and thought we have the structure to
take care of ourselves, we have all the wrong
people in charge. Unfortunately both Democrats
and Republicans who by the way have both been
playing us in a good cop, bad cop game for
generations will fail us at crunch time.
The part of our Government that we all can hope
will carry us through any dark future problems
is our military establishment. If the bad days
come and we are in a toast the world situation
with a do or die scenario, well all of the
real air heads will pfft! be gone and serious
time will prevail. Tolerance ends at the point
of destruction, mine, yours, that is fact.
There will be no differentiated Americans,
there will be Americans and the late slag.
I would recommend everyone do a soul search
as to what is important to you and worth you're
life, soon rather than later it will be on the
line. Have a plan, Washington does not have one.
The American people were classic in the last
election, doing what you ask? Well when all
else fails, bring in the clowns, well done
electorate. Just think, one and a half years
to go to the next election. My hope is that
new blood will turn out and be serious, decent
and able candidates and not the money slugs
of recent years, we can be a meaningful society
but most sincerely need to clean house and
that is going to take strong people and
determination. Good luck everyone, any day
may be a great turning point, or the last.

Mr. Voight was indeed inspired and motivational for the assembled last night.
I also noted here last week, Mr. Voights appearence at the Memorial Day Rememberence at Los Angeles National Cemetery along with Robert Davi and Robert Forester. Each read from letters from the front dating back to the origins of Memorial Day and the war between the states. There was feeling generated there that day with those renditions.
Mr. Voight has been taking many 'leads' to inspire Americans for some time here in Los Angeles and it is great to see him so appreciated in D.C. His yearly gig at the Chabbad Telethon gave notice of his traditional view of God and Nation some time ago.
Quite a voyage for the man and the actor that came so far since the Vietnam Protest and his Oscar winning role in "Coming Home."
