The Democratic Party is making the evangelical Christian community look forward-thinking and progressive today. This is today's Democratic Party: sexism toward any woman who doesn't fall in line.
And Palin underscores McCain's reform message. The lifetime agitator in Washington is joined by the tough-as-nails reformer from as far outside Washington as you can get.
Obama/Biden: "hope" and "change" and a few other nice sounding words, but a history of all talk and no action.
McCain/Palin: real track records of reform. |

the ticket. McCain brings with him all the requirements necessary to be POTUS. Obama brings none. Biden has done nothing but sit on committees in the Senate. Neither he nor Obama have ever had to make a decision that would directly affect those "working" under them. McCain and Palin both have had to make those decisions.
Obama and Biden have done nothing their entire careers other than peddle their own self interests and have never stood up for whatever alleged principles they claim to have. Whatever is politically expedient for THEM is the route they always take.
On the other hand, both McCain and Palin have taken on special interest groups and put the interests of their constituents first.
Who has shown to offer more "change" when it comes to what will happen in the WH? McCain/Palin
Who has shown more "reform" when it comes to what will happen in the WH? McCain/Palin
For all of Obama's "talk" about change and reform, he has NO track record. McCain/Palin have proven track records.
McCain/Palin don't come to the WH with the Chicago mob or Soros calling the shots. McCain/Palin come to the WH showing they have always been PROUD to be Americans.
While others may claim McCain picked Palin simply because of a possible draw for women voters, I think he picked her because she is a KNOWN reformer and doesn't come to the WH with special interest baggage. I think he picked her because she is KNOWN not to take bs and won't back down when it comes to doing the "right" thing even when it may not be the most politically expedient thing.
What a breath of fresh air - McCain/Palin. |

McCain exercised poor judgment by choosing the inexperienced Sarah Palin to lead the free world if he were to become incapacitated.
Agree? Join the movement: http://www.IMPALIN.com/ Impalin' the McCain-Palin machine of distrust. |

The fact that Sarah Palin is attractive is a PLUS -- women want to be her, and men...just want her. Attractiveness has ALWAYS been a big deal in politics. Come on. Don't you think BOTH JFK and Bill Clinton had LOTS of female voters JUST because women found them attractive? Now it's Sarah's turn to make her looks an asset in helping John McCain get elected.
Being pretty isn't a drawback, unless you're an ANGRY liberal. But, those people won't vote Republican anyway.

the MSM and the Obama campaign are going to spend alot of time telling America why her being a woman is a disqualifier.
It has already started with criticism of her being a working mom. Also, heard reference to reporters talking about her doing everything but coming out with a pie she baked herself.
Also, if the Dems start comparing JSM's and Bambi's judgment ask them what kind of judgment did Bambi show in passing up Hillary as VP. |

with this pick. On the one hand, Palin is a provocative choice - but Sen. McCain has been running his campaign on experience and judgement, going after Sen. Obama for that very reason. Now, he's showing us that it doesn't matter anymore? I'm sorry, but I WANT experience behind McCain - not an attractive photo op who has spent less than two years as governor of the 47th state in terms of it's capitol size and was mayor for only 9000 people. Not only that, but she is under investigation in her state and there are reportedly irregularities concerning her husband's intrusion into classified state issues.
Even Karl Rove spoke out last month about Sen. Obama's possible pick with Kaine, saying he had only THREE years as governor and no foreign policy experience to replace the President if need be or back him up. This rings awfully hypocritical of the Republican Party, and I'm having a problem staying with McCain on this one. |

you have hooves. Sarah Palin has some pretty nice feet (and her gams are good too). |
|
No panty hose. Tan line from wearing athletic shoes in the sun--maybe running. Also a nice pedi.
What does this say? Youth, physicality, health, independence, glamour. Sounds like a good conservative girl from the West to me. |

...will get the woman's vote. That may be...but I can see the Average Joe Sixpack Dem guy goin' for her too.
A little sex-ism can't hurt. |

up there with Hillary's orange pantsuit. What was Keith Olberman wearing today? |
|
No, really. Could you see Hillary wearing those?

I'd like to see her hunting gear.
