Judicial Confirmation Network's Ad on Obama
Posted by: Amanda Carpenter at 4:35 PM
From Wendy Long, chief counsel for the Judicial Confirmation Network:  “Americans do not get to choose Supreme Court Justices.  In their wisdom, the Framers of the Constitution provided that the President chooses them for all of us.  The next President will exercise that most important judgment, probably at least several times.  JCN is educating Americans about the differences between an ‘Obama Court’ that would engage in judicial activism, acting as a super-legislature and imposing a political agenda from the bench, and a ‘McCain Court’ that would likely practice judicial restraint and fairly apply the law based on what the Constitution says and on laws passed by the representatives accountable to the American people."

Here's their new ad out below, with more than 47,000 views already.

It's the Supremes, stupid . . .

Without a doubt the opportunity to select the next 3-4 Supreme Court Justices is the most important issue this election.

If we fail to elect John McCain then this will be a brutal loss indeed.

I am ashamed at how our own Party is divided against itself. Remember the saying, "A house divided . . ". I hate that so many of our own people are calling for Sarah to step aside, as if that somehow will solve all our differences. I really don't like it when Matt writes negatively about her with his sexist comments and wanting to start a discussion post for who should run in 2012. I often wonder which side Matt is really on.

Let's try to keep our eyes on the ball here and find a way to come together, otherwise we are DOOMED!

Who is McCain targeting with these ads?
Do a bunch of undecided voters really watch youtube videos? They are really good ads but string a few of them together and turn them into a national ad. Come on McCain! You are about to lose this race!

Why isn't this being pushed harder!?
The gloves have to come off! Too much is at stake and the campaign is not getting a clear message out: taxes = recession; judges = activism; and Obama = radicalism and corruption.

Very nice.
Tell me who your friends are ...

This is an effective 502. It'll garner more audience share if it's on television. Needs to be on the greying air of network tv.

Internet distribution isn't enough now.

Very well done. Excellent linkage.

Obama, public menace.
