The second. Overwhelming Republican and conservative victories throughout the country next year.
The third. The most important of all. The key to the survival of our country. The defeat of the worst president in the history of this nation in 2012.

This summer people in NJ turned out in mass against this health care and cap and tax. School auditoriums were full and it seemed as though 90% opposed both of these plans.
Christie was just a start in NJ. I do believe that many of the corrupt democratic politicians in the state will not be returning to DC in 2010. The only thing that will make this country survive is getting these bums out of office.
This latest terrorist attack should remind all Americans that we are not safe from the wrath of these terrorist Muslims. Thank you for your service. Our oldest son served under GWB as well. For all Bush's faults, none can fault his dedication to and concern for our military. Our youngest son was on the verge of enlisting until O came up from Hell to assert his domination.
Those now serving have not only to fight foreign enemies, but now must struggle to hang in under a POTUS who at heart believes them to be less worthy of concern than the Muslim who attacked their fellows.
All our soldiers need our prayers and steadfast support now more than ever.

Very well put. My son, as I said, served under Bush and is now serving under this Muslim lover. Many, myself included, believe that his decision about Afghanistan being held up has nothing to do with the war or those fighting it. He is holding out as not to offended any of his far left buddies who just might not pass this take over of freedom called health care reform. What we can clearly glean from this is that he cares far less about our troops than he does about passing his socialist agenda.

Obama has not dropped everything to go to Fort Hood because he considers this whole incident an inconvenience. Notice he was right on it when a black man was arrested for a misdemeanor by a white cop. Now 13 soldiers dead and 28 wounded and he wants to not jump to conclusions. No matter how much information has come out to the contrary you can bet that when all is said and done this will be determined to be the act of a deranged man and it will have nothing to do with him being a Muslim. Some how this will all be the fault of the military and Obama will again apologize to his Muslim brethren. |

I pray this is only an isolated instance but everyone must be on guard and not be afraid to stand up and say "hey, this person is acting as if he is a danger to us and to all of America". I am 76 years of age and have never been more afraid for this country and our men, women and children (and especially our military men and women) than I am right now. President Bush didn't try to upstage or demean obama, like Carter and Clinton did to Bush. President Bush and Laura quietly entered Fort Hood with no fanfare, no cameras and no press.
Why? The simply wanted to encourage the wounded troops and let them know that somebody really did care for them.

I can't speak for more than a couple of senior military folks [cause I haven't seen many lately, but I have the pleasure of speaking with/talking to junior folks when I go to the local naval station. I go every week or so to visit credit union, Navy Exchange, whatever.
The liberals will never believe it, but obama is pretty much viewed as a joke among the junior sailors and Marines. They got a big laugh out of his speech at the Naval Air Station a couple of weeks ago.
Most of the senior folks with whom I now have contact are retired. I do see them often -- just had a call from one less than one hour ago. Obama is NOT on their A List!
I'll probably get an ear full next week after obams's fall from grace when he announced the Fort Hood killings.
Oh, BYW, obama ain't doing well in quite a few of European newspapers. There are more than a few articles about how he handled the Fort Hood killings.

I was around in the Carter/Reagan Recession, too. (Unemployment PEAKED under Reagan, not Carter, and it was intentionally caused to reduce inflation, a policy of Paul Volcker, whom Reagan kept.) But this recession is worse in the regard we've had more quarters of negative GDP growth.

My neighbor told me she had a terrible thought last night about more Muslims in the military bases around the country noticing how Hasan is being heralded as a hero by some. She fears they may just decide to follow his example of taking out the Infidel (her words) who are so many in number in one place, and so vulnerable to attack due to the fact they are unarmed and unassuming.
I don't think that fear is too far fetched, as I have wondered myself when the Muslims will begin killing we Americans just because they are protected and have every opportunity afforded to them to be able to so just that.
Eveyone who fears for their safety from this government sanctioned enemy within our cities and towns had better be prepared, because I see that day coming. |

I too have often thought of what these radicals could do and we of course have seen evidence that they have plotted to blow up shopping malls, subways and trains, large buildings, etc. Yes this PC has left us in a very vulnerable position.
Obama and his plan to just give them a group hug obviously will not work, but I assume he already knows that. |

A good start is to isolate each one. Investigate all his activities and make CERTAIN he's not linked in any way to jihadist groups or unholy preachers at the mosque he comes from.
Unless he's SQUEAKY CLEAN, discharge the SOB; he will NEVER be trustworthy. The Fort Hood treachery is ample proof of this FACT.
If it becomes clear he has ties to any Muslim activist group or community he should be tried for SEDITION; having enlisted in the U.S. armed forces for purposes of stealth terrorist intent. Characters like this are NOT in the army for any legitimate reason, or as Americans. They must be suspected ipso facto, of enlisting for ulterior motives.
