Huckabee for VP?
Posted by: Matt Lewis at 7:56 PM
Well, if he's the guy who stops Mitt Romney -- and has a lot of delegates -- I think Huckabee has a good argument to get on a McCain ticket.

Speaking of Huckabee's role in stopping Romney, today's WV results seem to have demoralized some Romney supporters.  One such supporter emailed me this:

WV said it all in my view about how it works.  You can't beat a 2 on 1 tag team.   The conservative base of the party is going to be severed from the McCain/Huck ticket and the Democratic Party and the MSM will enjoy every moment of it.

How often does that happen?
How often does a presidential nominee select another presidential candidate for running mate? It that how it usually happens or is it just as likely that a nominee will pick someone who didn't run as a candidate?

I'm just curious...

It's the other way around
Huckabee has not only stopped Romney, hes going to stop Mc Cain as well. The argument then becomes will Mc Cain be a good VP? I'd prefer Newt, but that maybe too southern.

Joe the point is that they've been lying
The've denied for weeks that they are in it together, when it was obvious.

They are both liars.

If McCain get nomination................
If McCain get's the nomination I hope he chooses the Huckster as his VP. That way I will be able to not vote for either of them at the same time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All you need to know...
Get the facts and vote your convictions for the best candidate for president don't try to play guessing games for who has momentum and who can win.

McCain/Huckabee
Well, if McCain is forced, but otherwise Huck will get dropped mighty fast.

But wouldn't this ticket be simply delicious to watch? Between the meltdowns (McCain) and the gaffes (Huck) this would be the most hilarious team in history. And they will go down to a miserable defeat, McCain snarling and Huckabee aww shucksing.

As a Romney supporter, I would find a measure of satisfaction. Defeat is bad, but payback can be soo sweet!

I would vote for Huckabee...
but I wouldn't vote for a McCain/Huckabee combo. No McCain, please!

Romney crybabies--don't flip the board
Imagine that, you have a stalemated vote between several different factions and one side teams up with another? Did anyone at Team Romney ever play Risk?
