How to Own a Shotgun in D.C.
Posted by: Mary Katharine Ham at 10:09 AM
A D.C. resident illustrates the ludicrous laws that bind her right to bear arms in the nation's capital, rendering her perfectly good firearm a pretty useless paperweight in the event of an attack on her or her personal property.

MKH now has competition
for the safety lock to my heart.

With the fears expressed by the Mayor and other anti-gun people that over-turning the ban will increase gun violence, I hope someone tracks the number of gun-violent crimes reported.

You go girl!
I think I'm in love. Is she seeing anyone?

In the interest of full disclosure..
....MK never had revealed the contents of her personal arsenal, or lacking same, what she prefers to use when she does exercise her trigger finger....
I love the reporter in the piece above. He's one of those kind that thinks a gun is a snake that may just bite you of it's own volition....did not even want to be in the same room.....

Dangerous As A Hammer
Laws requiring us to keep firearms in an unfirable condition guarantee more victims. Criminals love "gun free zones", they know they will be the only one armed.

An armed society is a polite society.

I thought it was rough here.
Those poor people in Washington D.C. I'm surprised the crime rate is not higher there, considering any law abiding citizen is unarmed. Thats the worst that could happen, you get bashed with a baseball bat, and then there will be a group, the Coalition to End Baseball Bat Violence. Why anyone would stay in Washinton D.C. I do not know, and this is coming from someone who lives in New York State.
