"Well, the CFR exists, trilateral commission exists. It's a conspiracy of ideas."
"There is a move toward a North American Union, just like there was a move toward European Union."
"NAFTA and NAFTA highway are real things...it's not a conspiracy. People may not talk about it, but money has been spent on it."
"It's a contest between ideologies."
"I don't like this trend toward international government...it's not so much a sinister conspiracy...if you look for it you'll realize that our national sovereignty is under threat."

Most likely talk of this union has been going on behind the scenes by some powerful people. It i slikely that this issue will surface and become a popular idea if the Democrats get into office. Whatever happens, a majority vote of each of the peoples of the three nations would be needed. When you consider the difference in ideological thinking among the three nations, a Union appears to be a long way off. I for one, do not want to be a citizen of the NAU. I agree with Mary Katherine Ham.

You're wasting your time here on this subject. Most of these posters would approve of this noxious idea as long as it is Republicans that support it. If it were Democrats they would be up in arms. |

Download the working paper on "Building a North American Community". The goal is to have a "new community by 2010 and specific recommendations on how to achieve it":

Quotes from the website:
http://www.cfr.org/publication/8102/
"Sponsored by the Council on Foreign Relations in association with the Canadian Council of Chief Executives and the Consejo Mexicano de Asuntos Internacionales."
"The Council-sponsored Task Force applauds the announced “Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America,” but proposes a more ambitious vision of a new community by 2010 and specific recommendations on how to achieve it."

Paul: "Well, it all depends on what you mean by "all of this." the CFR exists, the Trilateral Commission exists. And it's a, quote, "conspiracy of ideas." This is an ideological battle. Some people believe in globalism. Others of us believe in national sovereignty.
And there is a move on toward a North American union, just like early on there was a move on for a European Union, and it eventually ended up.
And there is a move on toward a North American Union, just like early on there was a move on for a European Union, and eventually ended up. So we had NAFTA and moving toward a NAFTA highway. These are real things. It's not somebody made these up. It's not a conspiracy. They don't talk about it, and they might not admit about it, but there's been money spent on it. There was legislation passed in the Texas legislature unanimously to put a halt on it. They're planning on millions of acres taken by eminent domain for an international highway from Mexico to Canada, which is going to make the immigration problem that much worse.
So it's not so much a secretive conspiracy, it's a contest between ideologies, whether we believe in our institutions here, our national sovereignty, our Constitution, or are we going to further move into the direction of international government, more U.N.
You know, this country goes to war under U.N. resolutions. I don't like big government in Washington, so I don't like this trend toward international government. We have a WTO that wants to control our drug industry, our nutritional products. So, I'm against all that.
But it's not so much as a sinister conspiracy. It's just knowledge is out there. If we look for it, you'll realize that our national sovereignty is under threat." |

Due to this hacked up quote I have to vote for Rudy Giuliani, his "cabinet o genocide" sounds great. Also don't you know that lots of war makes one more Christian? Pastor Hagee tells me so.
What Knight maybe you got something about WARRANTLESS wiretapping? You don't think that wiretapping WITHOUT WARRANTS is legal or something? What do think is illegal about WARRANTLESS wiretapping? You are obviously against wiretapping terrorists. We just don't spend your money here in DC like drunken sailors, we spend worse, so we obviously have no funds to staff warrants for searches. JUDICIAL OVERSIGHT is so pre 9/11, it didn't even work at Waco. We have war with EastAsia, in fact if you look at our history which was previously unknown to us in the 90s, our history has completely changed and we have always been at war with EastAsia, Barbary Wars were something fierce and we stopped their plans for world empire then, and they want to install a Global Empire now with their vast military resources unless we stop them damn islamo hitlers. |

Anyone that has read the SPP knows it should be scrapped. Read it if you haven't and you value your citizenship. If the GOP thinks they can continue to import cheap labor for their donors at the expense of the citizens, they will. I will not vote for that again. If it takes crushing the GOP so a new party representing American citizens can arise, so be it. If we continue to play the game of "the other guy is worse", we will lose our country. Sorry, but I will not participate in that game any longer. The GOP power brokers think we will vote for "anybody but a Democrat" so they can continue to ignore securing the borders and enforcing the laws. I'm hoping GOP primary voters give the party elites some surprises in the primaries. I want to vote for a GOP candidate in Nov.'08, I will not vote for any of the amnesty supporters, McCain, Rudy, Huckabee.

Where he cites his information, like legislatures and war resolutions? MKH this is very dirty. |

It is not that much bigger. This is dishonest and if you do not put the whole thing up your credibility goes right down the tubes, if you ever really had any to begin with.
Do the right thing. |
