The Gauntlet Hath Been Laid
Posted by: Mary Katharine Ham at 2:30 PM

Can I even say "laid?"

First, Michelle Malkin was bleeped for "balls."

Then, Tammy Bruce was bleeped for "masturbate."

Tammy takes issue with her bleeping, as she should.

Then there's this:

Captain Ed from Captain's Quarters chimes in at Comments:

I think you and Michelle should found the TBW -- Tough Bleeping Women. I'd bet you could get Mary Katherine Ham to join as well.

Great idea Captain. God forbid should Mary Katherine say the words "balls" and "masturbate" in the same sentence. Heck, we just might have to bail her out.

Hmmm, I wonder when my next appearance is...Mwahahahahaha.

Well for that sentence the Left
Mary

Well for that sentence the Left might end up putting you through re-education camp. So that they can train everyone how to be politically correct. LOL

God forbid should Mary Katherine say the words "balls" and "masturbate" in the same sentence. LOL

Very funny Mary.

Who gets L....
Mary
Whether you would get bleeped for saying "laid" might depend on the name used in conjunction with the word "laid".

I'll let you and your other readers fill in the names.

License to purple prose
What a hoot! I get slammed for calling down divine vengence on the principle of being polite to an appeaser, then I get "teased" by the mideval metaphor into linking into the middle of a blue language discussion.
I guess "all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others."
As I said before, "it's your coffee clatch", they ain't nothing till the Hump calls em. But I stand by Lewis' principle of language and thought. Any restriction on style is a restriction on the KINDS of things one may say, and thus a kind of censorship of ideas.
