Stimulative Sex Ed

Lookee what's on page 135 of the stimulus bill.
$335,000,000 shall be used as an additional amount to carry out domestic HIV/ AIDS, viral hepatitis, sexually-transmitted diseases, and tuberculosis prevention programs.
Take on a whole other meaning when it's used in the context of sex ed. Easy fodder for the late night joke crew.

Thats a lot of penicillin ! How about teaching these little darlings the virtues of a hot soapy
bath ? Rinse and repeat ? Pass the Scope ! All of this prep before date night?
I am an old cougar. I had no idea there were so many nasty- icky personal situations. A little Gramma's lye-soap in a tin tub by the kitchen stove probably did the trick back then .
Sort of like tnt. Now we have big bugs..big birds..big germs..
Pass the srubbing bubbles.. please !!
