Obama's Response to Wright

Now that Rev. Wright has ended his whirlwind New York Times-PBS-NAACP-National Press Club media tour, it looks like Obama's trying to put some distance between himself and the pastor.

Obama's campaign manager David Axelrod told Chris Matthews on "Hardball" this afternoon that Wright "is out there speaking for Rev. Wright" and it's "unfortunate from our perspective because it's a needless distraction."

Axelrod complained about the "hours and hours spent on the fulminations of one guy" and said he's confident voters are "going to separate the record of Barack Obama from the views of Rev. Wright."

The big question in the aftermath of Wright's media show seems to be this: "Should Obama end denounce Wright?"

All answers I've heard on TV today seem to be mixed and for good reason. I'm not sure what's worse: waiting to see how much more damage Wright will do or risk being the guy who threw his pastor "under the bus." Stay tuned!

Is Wright a 'distraction' or 'uncle'?
Obama's manager must think americans are too stupid to connect the dots. First Obama denied he had ever heard Wright say 'these things' in private or public. Then Obama admitted to having heard them but said that Wright had apologized for hurting many people with his insensitive remarks (does anyone remember Obama's appearance on the view?) Based on Wright's speeches, Obama was lying - again. Finally, in an effort to explain Wright's place in his life, Obama elevated him to the status of 'uncle' and equated him to 'gramma' in order to explain why he (Obama) can't disown him. Now that Wright has clarified his views about america and stated Obama's effort to 'distance himself from his remarks' was for political expediency - americans must believe as they formally did that - Obama's views about USA are similar to Wright's views. And we have Wright's statement to verify this fact. Now superdelegates must do their patriotic duty and give the nomination to Clinton, or else, republicans will wipe the floor with the former 'messiah' known as Obama.

Wright vs Obama Phony Fight
What a set-up. Wright is preparing the stage for Obama to completely "throw Wright under the bus" and therefore Obama becomes the victim and accepts the msm trashing Wright in order to sweep this under the carpet before November. Obama and Wright have forged this deal in order to separatwe them completely. Stay Tuned
