There Stands Hillary, Like A Stone Wall

The Los Angeles Times has a story on the failure of Hillary Clinton fundraiser Norman Hsu to show up for a court date. Buried deep in the story, the real lede:
The Clinton campaign has said it will give $23,000 in direct donations from Hsu to charity, but keep the money he bundled. Wolfson declined to release the names of bundled donors. He said that the campaign had not been contacted by the FBI about Hsu's fundraising. If the dirty money had been funnelled to a GOP candidate, would the MSM take Howard Wolfson's stonewall and bury it on the jump? Every contribution Hsu bundled and sent on to Hillary is dirty, and will paint a map for the press --if it was interested-- of who Hsu is and what he was attempting to gain. If one or more of his bundled contributions come from other felons or con artists, we'd get a picture of one part of Hillary's core support team. But she is a Clinton after all, so the MSM won't be pushing for the names anytime soon. But what about public corruption officials at DOJ and the FEC?

Reason # 1,345,324,231 we do not want to elect Hillary Rodham Clinton! |
|
My prediction is that we won't----unless of course it is to defend, obfuscate, chastise accusers, and otherwise "wiggle". There you have it. |
|
Want to bet he's back in China, just like all of the others who were going to get caught.
What is with the Clintons and China funny money? |
|
The best hope for the GOP is the Democrats.
McConnell's piece over at TH is proof that the GOP elite still don't get it.
sigh |
|
With Hsu on the run everybody, including the press (no surprise there!) is missing the true heart of the matter. Where did Hsu get the money? Who gave it and what did they expect in return? I think the most likely source is the PRC (like the Buddhist Temple scandal in the '90s)and they want Hillary in office. Why? Because they know she won't fight to defend Taiwan.
Of course the Bush administration will not investigate this. After seven years of having to drag them kicking and screaming to investigate the crimes of Democratic politicians (while giving high priority to investigating Republicans), I'm pretty sure no one in the FEC or Justice dept. is going to investigate this. I think any hint of foreign influence buying in our elections demands the highest priority possible, no matter what party's politicians are involved.
Hell, they won't even seriously investigate the leak of Top Secret info to the press, something that borders on treason. After almost 16 years of stunningly incompetent management in the White House, I'm not sure how much more this country can take. |
|
Apparently TH was only willing to keep McConnell's piece up for two days. You all will have to 'search' his name...if you're interested in jibberish.

As predicted, first comment from a Lib would be as stated. In this case, it is a "left" field comment about Stonewall Jackson. How simply germane. |
|
(present and accounted for)
There you have it. A focused and germane comment from "leftfield" about Stonewall Jackson. |
|
|
All pubbies must keep this illegal fundraising front and center regardless what the MSM do. It should be brought up by all of our Presidential candidates whenever they get the opportunity. It is a big deal just full of Clinton corruption and should not be allowed to go away. |
|
by tieing him, his memory and his reputation*, in any way, to Hillary and her consigliere Norman Hsu.
Recommend you retitle this post. lest the ghosts of the Stonewall Brigade, who still roam the Valley Pike and the woods of Chancellorsville, swarm over you abode, much as they did to Hooker's flank!
*Falling asleep during the Seven Days' Battles, or slandering Richard Garnett for Kernstown, excepted. |

EQUALS More Clinton corruption.
The Billarys need to retire. |
|
|
Hugh, where is the condemnation of Mitt Romney for his ties to his own campaign Finance Co-Chairman? You know, the bundler of money called Alan Fabian who was charged in a 23 count indictment, including charges of money laundering, mail fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice. Why are you so curiously silent on Fabian and the Romney campaign???? |
|
Now we're going to hear of Alan Fabian rather than Hsu. So, this thread is not about Hsu, nor is there any address to him before Fabian is introduced to the remark
Oh yeah, Chastise # 1 is also recognized.
Hewitt gets chastised for being "curiously silent".
Bottom line: There is still no liberal recognition nor acknowledgment to Hsu. With all of the "visitors" from the left, nothing, nada. |

11 politicians, all Demorats, arrested today in New Jersey---the state where demorats Robert Torricelli and James McGreevey hail from.
Wow, this Republican "party of corruption", sure is a bad influence on the demorats. What is really sad is their blatant effort to "one-up" republicans in sleazy politics.
11 politicians---all from one party, the Democrats. What a pathetic story---it will be interesting to observe the amount of time, attention, newsprint, catterwalling, overanalysis this engenders from the mainstream media. It will be very interesting. |
|
Forgive the absence of a Hat Tip, I forget the blog I saw this on, but will anyone follow all the various democrats' forwarding of such Hsu donations (whether the personal or bundled or both) to the various "charities" selected?
The gist of the comment was exam the extent to which these are so many more laundries by which the funds will return, with varying speed and methods, right back to the benefit of the various campaigns? It would be a curious exercise, thesis topic in case there are volunteers/journalists in the audience. |

Not untill the Clintons were in the Whitehouse, did the Los Angeles Times release the story of "Whitewater"!..........And soon the Lincoln Bedroom will be up for rent again!....And this time the Iranians can tour the Los Alamos Laboratories on a field trip!.......It's all comming back to me.......BEWARE of the Vince Foster job opportunity. |

To which charity is Hillary donating the money? Who does it benefit? My feeling is that it is going to be the "Bill and Monica Foundation" setup to uplift and pardon the fugitives. The theme of Hillary's election campaign is "You can run now and hide where you want, but we will find you and pardon you.". |
