Barack ACORN Obama Facts

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama is the first national candidate ever to hire ACORN, a controversial non-profit accused of voter fraud across the country, to conduct get out the vote activities for his campaign.
Obama’s campaign paid $800,000 to a subsidiary of the liberally-leaning non-profit Association of Community Organizers for Reform called Citizens Services Incorporated campaign to help increase voter turnout.
This information, however, was not properly disclosed to the Federal Election Commission. The Obama campaign said it hired CSI to do “polling, advance work and staging events” according to reports submitted to the FEC during the Democratic primary.
The FEC said the Obama campaign needed to disclose ACORN was engaging in get out the vote activities last August. At the time, the Obama campaign called the mistake a “clerical error.”
ACORN has been accused of voter fraud in 15 states this election cycle.
Obama has close ties to the organization. Before becoming a member of the Illinois State Senate, Obama represented ACORN in a lawsuit to help push for “Motor Voter” laws to make it easier for low-income persons to vote.
Later, as director of the Woods Fund and Chairman of the Board of Chicago Annenberg Challenge Obama helped steer funds to ACORN through various grants.
Obama sought ACORN’s endorsement in the Democratic primary telling ACORN members, “Even before I was an elected official, when I ran Project Vote voter registration drive in Illinois, ACORN was smack dab in the middle of it, and we appreciate your work.”
“Project Vote” is the name ACORN’s voter registration drives are called. Obama worked for Project Vote for a period of roughly seven months in 1992.
ACORN endorsed Obama for president in February 2008.

Voting, just like marriage is to easy. We need to do away with Vote Registers, Motor Voter, etc. . . People who need to use those services in order to get Registered to Vote, don't deserve to vote. And go figure. Who do those services help the most? Yup. You guessed it . . . Democrats.

The Dems stole the Washington governorship election of 2004. That is beyond doubt. Before that, they stole the Presidential election of 1960. Heck, they almost got away with stealing the 2000 POTOUS Election.
They are a shameful group, and though it's sad to say, push is getting ready to get close to shove.

The two big crisis in our country (bail out and vote fraud) and ACORN is associated with both and in both cases so is Obama. First with training ACORN workers to pressure banks to lend to individuals who had no real resources to pay a mortgage (all in the name of fairness--Obama likes this word). Later acting as a lawyer to sue banks on ACORN's behalf when banks were not making enough bad loans. Obama gave millions of taxpayer dollars to ACORN to radicalize students in the Chicago area (at the direction of domestic terrorist Bill Ayers)..then we learn that Obama's campaign is the first ever to give nearly a million to ACORN to handle voter registration..knowing full well that they have a spotty ethical record. Is there reason for concern..I think so. Just like with Obama's questionable alliances, there is a pattern here |

How is it that a single-parent guy, whose dad abandoned him in his youth; who was raised by his middle-class grandparents, and never held a high-dollar job was able to attend private schools? How is it that he was able to attend VERY exclusive (and expensive) Ivy League colleges, plus Harvard Law School (also VERY expensive), and yet has to this day not ever held any 6-figure jobs?
How does a "community organizer" pay-off those kind of college debts, while simultaneously purchasing a $1.6 million home?
Is is just me, or does something not smell right around Chicago? Don't ever forget - Al Capone was a Chicago Florist.

is up to his neck in questionable, anti-American associations - we could give the entire list and ask everyone to follow the paper trail - do homework and follow the many contact points. Something that is troublesome to all of us right now on a daily basis is the stock market situation. PERHAPS IF INVESTORS AND BUSINESS PEOPLE AND HIGH INCOME FOLKS FELT OBAMA WOULD NOT BE ELECTED AND NOT BE THERE TO STICK IT TO THEM - THE MARKET WOULD BEGIN TO RECOVER.

Acorn should be completely shut down. It's not doing it's job. Yes, there are those that are not guilty, However, Acorn has been investigated for years and has a fraudulant record. How can anyone even consider defending Acorn and Obama? This goes on EVERY election, and we need to put these people away!! Let's give them a taste of the socialism/communism they so desire -- PRISON!

Voter fraud is par for the course for the far left. Obama, Jr. is the far left's candidate. The mainstream Dems came to the realization that ACORN's, Move-On's and the radical far left's candidate had a real chance to win too late to stop him. Even the Dems system of super-delegates designed to prevent just such a nominee failed them. |

Look at the evidence.
Obama, Jr. will not spend even a penny of his millions of dollars to help his own brother who is trying to survive on one dollar a month in Kenya. Do YOU know anyone who would treat their blood relatives that way?
Obama, Jr. voted not to protect innocent human babies who survive abortion. Instead, he believed it was better that they were killed through neglect. Do YOU know anyone who would treat a human infant in that manner?
Obama, Jr. calls me and millions like me bitter be cause we place our Creator before all else. He includes even non-believers who own guns in this category. Would YOU vote for someone who insulted you and your Creator like that?
The man is one COLD human being. If you watch him in public, he betrays his lack of human warmth. His eyes never smile. Watch him pose with supporters for photographs. |

Every Acorn office involved in the voter fraud mess, around 21 of them now in play I think, have (employees) who are unscrupulous and dishonest and are using their positions in those offices to fill in fake registration forms. They registering some of the same people over and over again. They are registering football players from the Dallas Cowboys; And for anyone to say that Acorn brass knows nothing about it, and even when they find something out about the fraud being perpetuated the only thing they can do is report it is daft.
If I understand you correctly, and you're saying Acorn didn't know about this and is not responsible, I have to vehemently disagree with you on every point.
Acorn is more than likely training them to do it and do it for Obama, as his campaign has contributed several hundred million dollars to them, so why wouldn't they be in the tank and do what they can to make sure he wins?
It's more than a little curious that the swing states are the ones mainly in play here, and that is not just a coincidence. The right to vote is precious, and the right to have that vote counted correctly and honestly is sacred.
Acorn needs to be investigated to it's core, and if Obams is found to have beedn involved in this abhorant practice in any way shape or form, he should be forced to withdraw his candidacy.

I am trying to continue listening to CNN, ABC etc but it is getting harder as I am not hearing what impacts us the Voters in this election but just bias.
Here is what I am frutrated about too besides my 401k that is taking a dive-WHY ARE WE NOT HEARING MORE ABOUT MR. OBAMA'S ASSOCIATIONS ON CNN and such media?
He is running for our white house not the PTA. We need to be informed by you guys. Please do more stories on this as there is no thruth from Mr. Obama's side at all. Why doesn't he hold one of his famous news events and tell us everything and let the voters decide? |

Much bigger than ACORN is the fraud Obama is trying to put over on this country just by having the gall to run for President when he refuses to REAL, "Vault" copy of his birth certificate. We have a federal lawsuit in process to get this accomplished. Someone who had nothing to hide would silence the lawsuit by simply presenting the certificate. Instead, a "Certificate of Live Birth", not recognized as proof, and declared by computer graphic experts to be altered, is posted on Obama-friendly websites.

The voter fraud issue with ACORN is systemic and is not local. There are countless get out the vote campaigns conducted every election cycle. They all use local resources to actually accomplish the canvassing. The do not have the fraud problems of ACORN. ACORN is trying desparately to win an election for Obama. There have been interviews with the van drivers on the radio and they state they do tell the "homeless" people they are registering to vote for Obama. This I also believe is not acceptable. It is suppose to be non-partisan to receive government funding for its activities. |

Now ask yourself about ACORN what kind of group is it anyway? A community organization? What kind of community organization? One that recruits and "empowers" the poor for political purposes? A radical group influenced by Alinsky's book "Rules for Radicals"?
In Rules for Radicals, Alinsky argued that the most effective means are whatever will achieve the desired ends. Isn't that how ACORN has been going about it's fraudulent voter registrations?

As you can see, virtually every instance of fraud involves a handful of local, often part time workers. In addition, as noted above, ACORN can't on it's own throw away suspected fradulent registrations, they have to submit them to the state.
In Ohio in 2004, four ACORN employees were indicted by a federal grand jury for submitting false voter registration forms.
In January 2005 two Colorado ACORN workers were sentenced to community service for submitting false voter registrations. ACORN's regional director said, "we find it abhorrent and do everything we can to prevent it from happening."
On November 1, 2006, four part-time ACORN employees were indicted in Kansas City, Missouri for voter registration fraud. Prosecutors said the indictments are part of a national investigation. ACORN said in a press release that it is in part responsible in these individuals being caught, has fired them, and has cooperated and publicly supported efforts to look into the validity of the allegations.
ACORN was investigated in 2006 for submitting false voter registrations in St. Louis, Missouri. 1,492 fraudulent voter registrations were identified.
In 2007, five Washington state ACORN workers were sentenced to jail time. ACORN agreed to pay King County $25 000 for its investigative costs and acknowledged that the national organization could be subject to criminal prosecution if fraud occurs again. According to King County Prosecuting Attorney Dan Satterberg, the misconduct was done "as an easy way to get paid [by ACORN], not as an attempt to influence the outcome of elections." |

the problem is just a few small local ACORN offices
The reason ACORN management can't fully prevent fradulent registrations from being submitted by their local offices is that only the State can choose which forms to accept or deny.
Any group handling voter registrations has to submit all forms collected.
If a local office is breaking the rules all that the ACORN management can do is notify the state, which they consistently do when discreptancies arise.
ACORN can't by itself decide that a local office was breaking the rules and throw away the forms, that would be a crime. |
