Indiana will be next
or don't you read the papers.
COLDPLAYLOVER writes: Tuesday, June, 30, 2009 6:10 PM
p.s. know how Reagan balanced
the CA budget when he was governor? Raised taxes and froze hiring. Hmmm?

And we've had IOU's before in this state. Please do research Jillian before you blog.

More BS from cold!
Here's some restoration, reformation, revolution or whatever you want to call it that Our Founding Fathers supported:

1) Advertise and Promote the Fact that you are forming a Grand Jury in Blogs, Local Newspapers and Community Organizations.

2) Form the Grand Jury and select a Foreman.

3) Select a Private Attorney General to make Presentments to Grand Jury, if local DA refuses to make presentments.

4) Select a convenient Meeting Place.

5) Communicate with all Citizens who have criminal information to present.

6) Schedule presentments by said Citizens.

7) Subpoena documents from Government Offices and Officials.

8) Schedule presentment of said Documents to Grand Jury by Grand Jury Attorney General.

7. Have Grand Jury Attorney General present said Documents to Grand Jury.

8) After investigation and deliberation is completed, vote and issue a True Bill (Indictment) or No True Bill.

9) Announce all Indictments to the Press.

10) Serve the Indictment on the Judiciary for the Issuance of Arrest Warrants.

the traitor can't read either, big shock
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124631641224470651.html

"Ten states were scrambling Monday to pass budgets before a Tuesday deadline, with a handful -- including Arizona, Indiana and Mississippi -- facing the possibility of partial shutdowns if their legislatures don't act in time." So, not just CA, disprove that traitor nut.

and disprove that Reagan didn't raise taxes to balance the budget when he was governor.

Lying, traitor who should be arrested by the FBI, you need to be in an insane asylum.

San Diego, Already in Deep Doo-Doo...
...because of outrageous city workers' salaries and especially retirement benies, INCREASED the city payroll this year.

I don't believe Reagan had the public employees unions to deal with. Gov. Swartzennuetered did his best to break them, but the stupid voters handed him his ballz on a platter. And now he is the girly-man he used to deride.

CA's problem? Gerrymandered districts insure that a bunch of know-nothings will be elected by a bunch of greedy citizens looking for a handout.

A bunch of spoiled brats are running the state....just as they are now running the USofA. Why would anyone elect an intelligent, responsible adult when they elect Santa Claus?

Recent historical examples surround us.
Yet our government is racing at breakneck speed towards disaster. So be it,let the chips fall where they may.If this what it takes to rid ourselves of this pestilence then bring it on!

Actually, it is the GOP in CA that is blocking the budget. We have to have 2/3 support the budget. Only 3 states have that requirement.

GOP will be a smaller minority next time.

you sound so unpatriotic. This is a great nation. We've survived horrible administrations like Carter and Bush 2, we'll be just fine with the man at the helm now.

You on the right may need to ask for asylum in Iran, where your cultural pov fits better, but those of us who voted for Obama are not worried about this great country.

Oooops, so much for that excuse.

The Governor initially did his job by presenting a budget in January and then his annual revise in May. At that time, the budget should have gone to the budget conference committee and serious negotiations should have begun. Details should have been hammered out and a bill should have been presented in both houses in late May or early June for an initial vote. If it was not approved at that point, negotiations should have continued until an agreement was reached. However, it did not happen this way. Senate President pro Tem Don Perata, who decides which bills are brought up for consideration, never even brought up the budget bill until July, clearly past the budget deadline. Of course, it didn’t pass by the deadline if it hasn’t even brought up for a vote. Clearly, this was not the minority party holding up the process.

Ya mean like the ones that Congress, since 1967, has been putting into the Social(ist)Security Trust Fund? Never to be repaid.

Calif. Socialism at its best is bad--
and at its worst: destructive. Remember Orange County Default, Remember Electric Defaults---Calif has always been called the leader of Progressiveism (what many call socialism) and just as what happened with the old USSR, Capitalism works-Socialism does not, but since America is now on the Obama Dollar Destruction path, the USA is not far behind California, Mass, Indiana, NY...

Obama is more dangerous than Iran--he is attempting to destroy from within--at lease we are on the watch for Iran, North Korea...

What does the US Dollar have backing it---Full Faith, Credit and Confidence of the US Govt. that make us feel better---NOT!

It's called divided government and there are designed-in allowances for the minority party to not be trampled by the majority. Parliamentary procedures are legal and justifiable - this isn't a pure democracy, thank God.

BTW, an example of a pure democracy is: Two wolves and one sheep decide what's for lunch.

Next year in California
Vouchers instead of cash, confiscation of private property, banning of all vehicles, morning exercises led by the block captain, marching off to sickle the wheat. The New American State.

California...
... is the abject example of Big Government at "work". This is what happens when Big Government takes over everything: it goes bankrupt (on many levels) and becomes ineffective to do even its primary functions. If lefty libs could only see this in a nonpartisan way. Oh, well, one can only HOPE for effective CHANGE.

Reviving old 60s cliches' with a modern twist: "power to THE PEOPLE; politicians up against the wall!"
