Flashback: Ted Kennedy 'Borking' Bork (1987)
Posted by: Greg Hengler at 4:05 PM
It's nice to have a little perspective when it comes to Democrats running a fair and honest hearing.

Sonya SotoMayor
has to answer one basic question yes or no. With no long winded response:

If you are put on the Supreme Court will you judge on the constitutionality of any case as the US Constitution was originally written?

If she answers truthfully it would obviously be NO.

She is that one and only "wise latino woman" who knows everything and better than a white man.

With that statement, made over a long period of time in many speeches she is a wide latino woman who like Chris Matthews relies only on that tingly feeling that runs up and down her leg.

Well by golly, "kayboom" has spoken,
she says that SoSo is more qualified than either Alito or Thomas. That ends it, so let it be so! What we have here is another in a long line of effeminate leftist, tryin' their doggone darn-dest to be Statists, just like their handlers. They so wantta' be a "player", a somebody, you know, one of the cool guys, oh just like, Michael Moore. Old "kayboom" is just fulla' one liners, why "Borks a jerk", too. Alito, Thomas, Bork have many things in common, keen minds for one, but what draws the ire of the members of the girl party, is that they are all real men, including, judiciously. In other words, they ain't gonna' be usin' their feelins' from the bench. To be a judge that the girl party likes, ya' gotta' be bout' them feelins'. Gotta' have that "empathy" don't cha' know!! The Law be damned, gotta' have them feelins'...it's just gotta' feel right, yeah....

Oh you "Thomas", you axed "who gives [me] the right, to know ones fate". Well listen up, doubting "Thomas", it's somethin' called a BIBLE, i said what i said on authority of God's word. On who's authority do you use? I could take you to chapter and verse, by why waste my time on a "fool". Incidentally, i just called you a fool, on authority of God's word, too. It also states that we are not to cast our pearls on swine, so that's why I'm not gonna' take you to chapter and verse. Clever whatcha' did though, takin' the discussion away from the murderin' Teddy, and makin' it bout' me. Nice try, no cigar, though!! One of your icons, gotta' away with murder, no changin' that, don't "doubt" that "Thomas".

Is it Cayenne, or, Kayann?
Either way, the result is the same----peppered with nonsense.

This pathetic yahoo only has hyperbole in her rhetoric----nothing of substance.

Example:
Bork deserved it as did Thomas.

Oh really?
How did they "deserve it"?

I understand, Cayenne, you have nothing to back it up with.

Getting kind of old, you keep spouting like Garafalo. You are racists, and the Latino voters of this country will not forget how many of these senators dissed their sister. Republicans are not against her because of her race, like the Dems were for Estrada, We just question her qualifcations, wake up.
Kaboom writes: Monday, July, 13, 2009 6:03 PM
Bork was and is a jerk
have you ever heard him? Condescending pri-ck.

kayann does provide a chuckle or two
with her rants and raves! Dearie, try to make some sense when you post, though.

Reset, I see kayann updated her 3x5 index card, she is now fishing here for "suitable words" since her handlers have not provided her with a new index card.

Kaboom, ah yes another member of the drooling drone committee for fairy tales and fantasy.

they have nothing to really use against Sotomayor, appointed by George H.W. Bush, so they use the Bork name again. Bork was an arrogant pric-k who was not well liked, and Estrada was one of Bush II's affirmative action buddies (the GOP LOVES affirmative action when it gets them that one in 1000 conservative minority to push ahead, like Gonzalez, the least qualified person to ever serve as AG).
Reset writes: Monday, July, 13, 2009 5:22 PM
You never answered my points.
Instead, once I challenged the typical liberal facade, you went into psychobabble which can basically be summarized as "Nyah Nyah, I'm smarter than you, so shut up" in some vain attempt to try to minimize what I said.

What's wrong? Talking points got your tongue?
cottoneyed writes: Monday, July, 13, 2009 5:09 PM
Hey "Kayann" didn't anyone tell you
that your kind represents, but 20% of electorate, and Conservatives represent 41%, and if you believe the very respected Battleground Poll, a poll taken from 2000 to 2008, that found that respondents identified themselves as Conservative, 60% of the time, and liberal only 30%!! And "KayAnn" has anyone told you that the Founders of this great country, were according to your kind, "right wing extremists", and their guiding principles, according to your kind, were "extreme"!! And "KayAnn" has anyone told you that your kind is at extreme variance with the principles and institutions that have made this country the greatest experiment in liberty and freedom in the history of all of mankind. And "KayAnn" has anyone told you that your kind will never win, never, because, this country has always stood for, and will always stand for individual liberty and freedom. And "KayAnn", has anyone told you that it is you and your kind that is "extreme", and that what you and yours stands for, and what you hope to do, is the very definition, of UNAMERICAN. Because you and your kind, you're polar opposites, from what it means to be an American. You and your kind, you identify with the tyrants of the world, Chavez, Castro, the Mullahs, Zelaya, Allende, all the brutal totalitarians of the world. That is who you and your kind are like, not Americans, but tyrants. You strive to replace liberty and freedom, with tyranny. You got that, "KayAnn"....that clear enuf' for ya', or do ya' need further clarification, cause' i can be more blunt!! Your nothin' more than a totalitarian lovin' little twit. A mind numbed leftist robot, incapable of original thought.
Kaboom writes: Monday, July, 13, 2009 5:07 PM
Bork did not get
a unanimous 'qualification' rating from the ABA, because of his lack of judicial temperament. I expect that his arrogance was seen as troublesome...guess that's what he brought to the table...Sotomayor has been approved three times by the ABA.

If her name was Sandra Smith and she came from Cleveland, even with the same politics, you wouldn't oppose her. You are racists, and the Latino voters of this country will not forget how many of these senators dissed their sister.

Got a hot-line to GOD, do you? What a smug, totally ridiculous post. I'm guessing Pat Robertson is your hero. Who gives you the right to decide one's fate? What do you REALLY know? Ever been to heaven..or hell? You're the reason so many folks have given up on religion. You're nothing more than a self-righteous fool.

While I can understand how a name can derail your 'deep' thoughts, reset, it is always entertaining to read your mindless personal attacks that are based on immature prattle. It shows that your perception of how things are never really goes deeper than the superficial top layer of anything and everything - a shallow layer of easily manipulated and distorted fluff. Now I see how your paid shills always manage to divert your gnat's focus on the shiny, slimy, jangly and/or utterly fabricated in order to manage the minion's collective voice.

You are truely remarkable.

How DO you type that psychobabble with both your arms bound in a strait jacket?

At the minimum this trust fund
baby is guilty of manslaughter, and probably second degree murder. But in leftistville, he's a God, a Leftist Prince, regal, refined, royalty, loved and adored by the esoteric left, but most of all, he will soon be rewarded for his earthly escapades! It's a "frightening thing to fall into the hands of the living GOD"! And, since you will be judged on those escapades(among many, remember, Mary Jo)Teddy, be prepared to fall on bended knee, in front of that Great White Throne, and there you WILL confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, then the JUDGMENT. A frightful thing.......

You're a kook kayann.
You can change your name every day, but we all know that you're flipping insane. Bork was a good man as was Clarence Thomas, as was Miguel Estrada. In the case of Mr. Thomas and Mr. Estrada, for the Democrats to say "we have to oppose him because he is black/hispanic" shows it was racially motivated and was blatantly racist, but you get a pass. The Democrat party is the party of racism and bigotry while feigning to be a party of equality. It shows you'll do anything to get in power. You can try to spin it all you want but the blemish is upon your hands.

Sotomayor has brought this upon herself by being a typical liberal activist judge who thinks that she knows better than everyone else because of the color of her skin. That's not America. America is where every individual that walks into that courtroom has equal protections under the law, where the law will be adjudicated based on the facts, not whether or not you feel one way or another. That is why Sotomayor and the rest of the libs Obama tries to stack the deck with should all be denied access to assault the Constitution of the United States of America, which they will do fervently and often.
kayann writes: Monday, July, 13, 2009 4:11 PM
Bork deserved it
as did Thomas. When will the Right stop whining? Didn't anyone tell you that your Party lost the majority, and now you must deal with that in a mature manner? Get over it, Republicans. It's time to step back and enjoy the margins.
