Pretty in Mink Conservative Ladies Calendar!
Posted by: Amanda Carpenter at 2:38 PM
I was thrilled with the ladies over at Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute asked me to be a part of their annual calendar featuring conservative women again this year. I was even more excited when I found out the concept for it was going to be "Pretty in Mink" and we were all going to be modeling beautiful fur coats!

Photobucket

Lots of awesome, conservative women participated, including Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Star Parker, KellyAnn Conway and Kate Obenshain. I am "Miss July" 2009, see above. I don't have any of the other ladies' photos, but if you want to check out the other pics ABC News has them up HERE.

If you want to order one of your very own calendars for yourself or as a Christmas present you can get them HERE for $25. College students get them free!

Update: Apparently my photo made some liberal want to throw up. Or just spew something sort of green looking. I can't really tell. The lefties over at 23/6 staged their own photo session to mock us.

Brilliant satire, Mandy!
Truly worthy of The Onion.
Foamer writes: Monday, November, 24, 2008 3:05 PM
Most look quite good...
But... I'm sorry... they screwed up MKH's natural "girl next door" good looks in that shot.
dskerman writes: Monday, November, 24, 2008 3:09 PM
pretty in mink?
is there some reference I'm missing or is this just to tick off PETA liberals?

Isn't that reason enough for just about anything....?
luckymick writes: Monday, November, 24, 2008 3:38 PM
WOWZA!
Amanda, you ladies look amazing! I like the retro '30's look! Also like your 'fur'. Way to tick off the PETA freaks!

I've always thought Ann and Michele are gorgeous; Amanda you look stunning and sophisticated! I'll might buy the calendar and leave it on July! (But what do I tell my wife?!) LOL!

No muffs?
What kind of retro is that?
Ken the Playful Walrus writes: Monday, November, 24, 2008 5:54 PM
Uh...
I agree with Foamer about MKH. Mostly, though, the ladies are beautiful. Suddenly, I find it difficult to concentrate.

Conservative ladies are hot.

Impressive
Amanda Carpenter looks quite fetching. The same can also be said of Susan Phalen and Michele Malkin. All-in-all, there's not a bad shot in the bunch.

Pretty in Mink
I agree with the commenters who don't think that MKH can carry off the glam makeup. My favorite pictures are Ann Coulter and Kate Obenshain. I can't stand the fur dyed colors such as red, green, and blue. What is up with that?
luckymick writes: Monday, November, 24, 2008 10:26 PM
Update
Amanda, don't mind those boys... they're getting sick 'cause they have to wait until Saturday night to dress up like the gals in the calendar.

Looks like some of those guys already tried to dress up early; ended up looking like lesbians. DOH?! those were really women on that 23/6 page!?

Wow, great timing
If the last election didn't solidify the right's tone-deaf bona fides, this Onion-ready gem certainly will.

Nice work!

Ummm, ahhhh, I um, ahhh....

Guess you could say that I'm tongue tied.

Wow, what a photograph!

Re: Liberal Spew
That often happens when a gay man sees a beautiful woman. It's jealousy.

I had a quite different reaction.
