I thought Mr. McCain was opposed to negative attacks ads like this. Isn't this part of what McCain-Feingold was supposed to curtail?

I have said for months...
that if Romney was our nominee, we would hear "four years ago a Massachusetts flip flopper was railed against by the GOP and now they have nominated one" and now we see what will happen in the fall. We simply cannot afford him to be our nominee.

During the debate tonight McCain was stretching pretty far when he told everyone he was "strong on the economy". The truth is he's said on numerous occasions that the economy was not his strong suit.
