Fox Isn't A News Channel? At Least They Provide Coverage Of The News.
Posted by: Jillian Bandes at 12:19 PM

I wasn't watching MSNBC last night, but Geraghty was. Ha, ha, ha:

It is pretty darn astounding that with all of the insistence from the White House that Fox News Channel is "not a real news network," their preferred channel, MSNBC, did not have live coverage at 10 p.m. Eastern on ELECTION NIGHT. They reran Olbermann's 8 p.m. coverage, which was, of course, two hours out of date.

No, really, when you stop covering the news, people can legitimately say you're not a news network. That has nothing to do with percieved bias or ideology (although we can speculate as to why Olbermann disappeared from the 10 p.m. coverage, where he was previously expected); it's because you're not actually bringing any new information to viewers.

Obama watching HBO
Why should this not surprise me. He is IN LOVE with himself. Just goes to show how he is "into himself" more than caring about elections that are going on. What a EGO MANIAC. This so called "President" of ours has an ego problem. He and his administration can't take the HITS that FOX NEWS gives them (which is the truth) and then has the STUPIDITY of admitting to watch HBO on how his campaign went in 2008. COME ON MAN...... start caring more about how your going to get jobs back to people instead of LOOKING at yourself on TV. But then with as many times as he has had SPEECHES on MAJOR NETWORK PRIME TIME, he LOVES HIMSELF by being on TV and BLOVIATING. What a piece of work we have as our "SO CALLED GUTLESS LEADER". GOD HELP THIS COUNTRY.

NO OBOT talking points

WELL, what could MSNBC cover, they did not have POTUS OBOT's talking points for the night.

BECAUSE

HE WAS too BUSY WATCHING HIMSELF ON HBO, like all dictators do.

From NEWS BUSTERS

“Robert Gibbs said, well, he was actually watching, you know, the HBO special about his year-long campaign and how it all went.”

OOOOOOOOOH giggle, giggle

MSNBC better hope hate speech isn't
censored or they will be the first to go, Ha!
When the Obama administration took on Fox and Cons.,talk radio shows, it was a big turning point. It's downhill for the dictators ruling in the White House! Freedom loving Patriots etc.,have had enough! The Commies have got to go. Keith(msnbc )was at a loss for words, election night, I wonder why, Ha!

who the heck needs "election coverage"?
this is the internet era, gentlemen. you do not need these stooges on the networks to tell you what to think and when to think it. follow the results yourself, if you can. the results are more timely and you aren't subjected to endless inside-the-beltway stupidities (stupidities, i notice, that you Reep fools are more and more enmeshed in).

Olberman's father is dying.

Riders on the Storm writes: Wednesday, November, 04, 2009 12:48 PM
Or perhaps
it was because the news was unfavorable at 10:00PM and the spinmeisters at MSNBC needed time to figure out how to make it sound better?

Olbermann's disappearance?
So telling.

He can't discuss the truth as it unfolds so he bails out.

Better to be a re-run than be required to analyze electoral facts as they unfold.

Our enemies are weak in spirit and intellect. They telegraph it with their behavior.

Look at Obama's spokesperson Gibbs today saying that the President was watching Ed Norton's biopic on HBO of Obama's 08 campaign rather than being a political man and watching or being current with the first election since his 08 election!

The President didn't watch current election results so that he watch himself on the campaign trail?

What a fool Mr. Obama and his handlers show themselves to be with this two faced, unprofessional, self-indulgent and myopic conduct ... assuming it's true and not just more lie and deny from this group. Not unlike MSNBC avoiding the 10 o'clock news and showing re-runs of the 8 p.m. hour.

Obama like Olbermann couldn't stand and deliver if they had a spine.

VERY TRUE
MSNBC stopped covering the news and started covering their Socialist agenda years ago. That's why they have a pre-9/11 view of the world
