Why genuine CHRISTIANS cannot vote Obama. (The current list...)

I've planned on writing three syndicated columns that cover the range of reasons why Evangelicals should have significant conflict over even the thought of pulling the lever for Barack Obama.

Two of them HAVE been published - the third will arrive next week.

I FREELY encourage you to forward this post to your evangelical friends who are on the fence, slightly confused, or outright brainwashed about Christian doctrine - and the heretic that is the candidate for the Democratic party.

Here are the first two:
1. Obama's Dishonesty on "The Least of These!"
2. Obama's Buddies "Why They Matter!"

E-mail them, forward them, MySpace them, Digg them, facebook them...

But read them, and encourage your friends too as well. If they still choose to vote for Obama then so be it - but at least they will be forced to do so with wide awake awareness of who he is, what he stands for - or doesn't, and what we can likely expect from him.

Pastor vs Pastor...
Huckabee had two pastors on his show this weekend. One was pro-Obama and the other was pro-McCain. The pro-Obama pastor gave reasons of "Change", "the war" and "equality" as being reasons to scripturally root for Obama? What? It is almost like saying the genocide in Darfur is more important to address than the genocide that Hussein was found guilty of committing was. The pro-McCain pastor gave the reason "abortion" and "stem cell research". I think these two things are far more main stream Christianity.

pastor vs pastor
Obama's pastor takes advantage of the poor and illiterate, he takes advantage of the people he says he cares so much for! Wright lives in a million dollar home he took from the backs of the poor people he teaches radicalism!
Obama did this same thing with his ACORN people, he sent them out to take advantage of the Poor and illiterate to get votes, offering money and favors, is this honest, is this how you teach your culture?
True Conservative Pastors offer the words of the Bible to the sheep in his church, he doesn't preach at them, nor does he encite hate and radicalism, he offers the word and gives the people the choice to either believe and live the words of God or NOT!
True conservative teachers teach that God is not a respecter of persons, he sees all humans as equals, not black or white , rich or poor!
Now tell me the big difference you see here!
God wants the best for all his creations!
Wright wants whats best for his church and preaches hate! He wants his people to stay in the gutter, wants them to stay uneducated, wants them to stay Dependent on the Government, by telling them they deserve restitution.
True conservative teachers, tell everyone that nothing is impossible!

What a helluva nerve to try to define someone else's faith based upon partisan politics.

I think that a "Genuine Christian" could never have voted for our current Slime Ball-in-Chief, either.

true Christians
I totally agree with you, Kevin. There is a second possibility that a Christian who votes for Obama is terribly backslidden like King David was. I am not surprised at all that Obama is ahead in the polls. Only 25% of this country claims to be Evangelical Christians. That leaves 75% who could vote for him. Even though Obama is ahead in the polls, I won't give up on McCain winning until the election is over. I am praying that God's will be done. Q: How could it possibly be God's will for Obama to be President? A: To wake us Christians up so that we will humble ourselves and seek God's face so that He will heal our land. Regardless of what happens, I trust God and know that He is in ultimate control of the Universe. If Obama is elected, I have a feeling that in four years we will see another Reagan/Carter election because people will be so sick of him and how has he has made a disaster of this nation, they will be ready for a change--a much better one.

"Out of the Frying Pan,Into the Fire?"
The dedication page of a book speaks volumes about it's author. How many of you know that the "Rules for Radicals",by Saul Alinsky, the "bible" of sorts to "community organizers" like Bill Ayers and Barack Obama,is dedicated to LUCIFER. To those of you with eyes to see, need I say more?
