Al Franken Lawyers Up (Has 12 attorneys per polling counting location)
Posted by: Matt Lewis at 6:57 PM

Of the 855 cities in Minnesota, 549 have populations of 1,300 or less.

Interestingly, the Franken Campaign publicly stated they will have 1,250 lawyers on the recount.  As someone close to the recount emailed me, "that’s roughly 6 attorneys for every ballot they want to try to get to overturn the outcome of the election."

It seems like a lot of attorneys just to make sure the recount is fair and square...

Franken the dope
The left means to steal this election and they aren't even being subtle about it. That the voters in MN allowed this dreck to even come CLOSE to a recount makes me wonder what's in the water up there.

Let's put aside the fact that he is a leftist for a moment. How could ANYONE believe that THIS man was a viable candidate for even a second? He is an idiot, unattractive and he isn't even funny...

My guess is, even the demonRATs don't like this guy (who could?), but he is the candidate and they will do whatever they have to, count as many bad votes as they must and commit any level of voter fraud to get him in.

Name the law suits. I have lived in MN most of my life, and the last 10 years. Sen. Colemen has never sued anyone over his Sen. seat, that I am aware of. He has not sued over this election, he did ask a judge to not alow so ballets.IE the ones found in the trunk of a car? Can you hear the screams if ALL 32 were for Colemen.

We who live in MN think al f is rude, and idiotic. Just because you go to collage does not mean you are wise. One last point, why is Pres. Bush an idiot, but al franken is not? They both went to Harvard. I don't know what al's GPA was, but Pres. Bush's was 3.0+. Just asking.

Volunteers, not lawyers
Lewis needs to get his facts straight.

Here is a link to the original article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune:

http://www.startribune.com/templates/Print_This_Story?sid=3 4409514

Marc Elias, Franken's attorney, is quoted as saying that the Franken campaign will deploy "1,250 volunteers" as part of their recount oversight, not lawyers.

I'd be very much surprised if Franken and Coleman didn't have comparable number of lawyers working on their behalf.

Democrats and lawyers
Is anyone surprised that the Democratic Party and their armies of lawyers are going to wreak havoc in the Minnesota race and in Georgia in December? The Dems are so close to the 60 seats in the senate. Ted Stevens is going down to defeat in Alaska and they need to just pry (steal) away this race in Minnesota and the one in Georgia to get it. These people will do anything to keep their political power.
Chris writes: Friday, November, 14, 2008 11:49 PM
60?
Looks like Senator Stevens is on his way to a well-deserved defeat in AK. Saxby Chambliss may fall in a special run-off in GA. If Al Franken can beat Norm Coleman in MN, it could be a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate. Go Al.

I am waiting for one scintilla of evidence of vote fraud or manipulation, by the way. Got something? Anything? Any evidence at all? Anyone? Bueller?

To Homer, I say: Amen! brother. We Anoka countians know how to vote. It's the rest of the state that is kinky, to say the least. Must be too much cow manure in their intake manifolds.

To the left: We WILL come back proud and strong and slap down most every liberal nutball out there but we have to find our unified voice and theme song. We didn't find it this last election, but the opera's not over.

As for lawyers: What is brown and looks good on a lawyer? A doberman. Sic em'.

There should be an IQ test before allowing morons like you to vote.

The ACORN MN secretary of state will find a way to let the crude Franken win or actually steal the election. This is like an election run by the 3 Stooges only without any of the laughter and humor. He used acorn to cause voter fraud across the country, compliments of our tax dollars. Even the bloody bas-turds who caused the financial meltdown..franks, dodds, pelosi and the rest of the scumbags got re-elected. Talk about fraud!! This election was entirely a scam by everyone of these corruptocrats, and franken shouldn't even be this close..total fraud. Acorn owes over $3 million in back taxes and this is totally ignored. Homer writes: Thursday, November, 13, 2008 10:21 PM
There are loons and then there are the
loons that are the official state bird.

Not all Minnesotan's are loony. For example, in my home county, Anoka County, in the northern Minneapolis/St Paul Metro area, the non-loons easily posted the following vote totals on election day:

McCain/Palin: 91,357
The One: 86,977

Coleman: 82,289
Freakman: 66,790

Bachman: 56,058
The Other Guy: 50,759

BTW, Freakman had a huge, as his campaign minions describe it, "under vote" in our county and no doubt they are under the illusion that at least 20,000 additional votes should go to Freakman. Not bloody likely.

We conservatives in Anoka County did our part and smacked The One and Freakman and The Other Guy upside the head.

My county consistently votes for conservative candidates. We are working diligently to educate our misguided left handed brethren but as you know, it is a difficult job.

Voting system an undemocratic disgrace
Franklen crew is probably carrying on where Acorn etc., left off! We can put a man on the moon but we can't fully control our voting process! The good guys finish last because they rise above dirty politics; dirty deeds are rewarded in this system of things! Who can have confidence in any election result, when suspi-cious fraudulent voting prevails and illegal campaign funds are raised without accountability to bribe and to buy the White House etc,.
