HamNation Hits New Hampshire
Posted by: Mary Katharine Ham at 6:18 PM
I was working on another project today, so we've got more from my New Hampshire trip. The snow kept us from campaign events, but not from downtown Manchester and a few voters who were willing to talk to us.

Jim Geraghty wrote about our time with the flinty citizens of Manchester, here (He's got a cameo if you look closely).

Hamming it up
9/11 WAS an inside job, just like the sidewalk says. Bush neglected the intel and the country was hit. Bush aided and abetted the enemy - whether purposefully or not is debatable.

The Manchester community is obviously accommodating to the rightwing - I've lived there and know firsthand that they will treat MKH well, in spite of her ideology.

Great HamNation
You play keyboards, too? I've been taking lessons for a year now. For those that have been following my posts, I practice every day, except every other week when I have a lesson.
The interviews you showed were very good. Where was Jim's cameo?

Mrs. Clinton
First; Love seeing you each week on Bill's show. That smile is awesome. Merry Christmas!
Here is a piece of my own satire:

Mrs. Clinton

And here's to you, Mrs. Clinton,
Jesus loves you more than you will know.
God bless you, please Mrs. Clinton.
Heaven holds a place for those who pray,
Hey, hey, hey

We'd like to know a little bit about you for our files
We'd like to help you learn to help yourself.
Look around you all you see are sympathetic eyes,
Stroll around the grounds until you feel at home.

And here's to you, Mrs. Clinton,
Jesus loves you more than you will know.
God bless you, please, Mrs. Clinton.
Heaven holds a place for those who pray,
Hey, hey, hey

Hide in the hiding place where no one ever goes.
Put it in your pantry with your cupcakes.
It's a little secret just the Clintons' affair.
Most of all you've got to hide it from the kids.

Koo-koo-ka-choo, Mrs. Clinton,
Jesus loves you more than you will know.
God bless you, please, Mrs. Clinton.
Heaven holds a place for those who pray,
Hey, hey, hey

Sitting on a sofa on a Sunday afternoon.
Going to the candidate's debate.
Laugh about it, shout about it
When you've got to choose
Every way you look at this you lose.

Where have you gone, Mark McGwire,
Our nation turns it's lonely eyes to you.
What's that you say, Mrs. Clinton.
Big Mac has left and gone away,

Lyrics changed by ZHULLMan@aol.com

Hey hey hey.

Talisman
Don't you get tired of saying the same da** thing day after day to people who don't care what you have to say? 9/11 was not an inside job. Bush was in office barely eight months. What about the idiot who was president for eight YEARS, and did NOTHING in spite of all the attacks on us? And you want his WINO to be the next president?

Baseball caps aren't the answer
At least if you're not someone who puts mind over (not) mattering.

Loved the ball cap except, in that weather it's not appropriate. Trust me. This morning it was 9 degrees where I live. I used to live in Tucson, and it was appropriate the either. Also why are you wearing it so low? Just because some think it's the way to go, doesn't mean you should follow suit. That only works when playing Bridge. Lift the bill so we can see you. Trust me again, we love to see you! ;-)

Mancunians
That's the correct word for people who live in Manchester. At least it is for people who live in Manchester, England. Don't know if it applies universally to all Manchesters. Perhaps you could check with the folks in Moscow, Idaho, to see if they call themselves Muscovites.
