I was down at the Gathering of Eagles rally this morning on the mall. I filmed a bit, though this is pre-moonbat confrontations, so it's pretty tame. But the speakers--particularly a WWII vet whose name is not on the line-up, so I'll have to track it down-- were moving, the crowd impressive, and the display of about 10,000 American flags far more beautiful than the rag-tag papier-mache army of the Left nearby. Cindy Sheehan was, of course, on hand and, of course, profane. But I liked this quote:"We're here in the shadow of the war machine," said anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan. "It's like being in the shadow of the Death Star."

1) Did Hugh or Dean make it to this rally? Was it not important for them to show their support?
2) And why was Hugh's word on the Victory Caucus not enough to convince millions of Americans to show up to support the war? Do they even comprehend the power of Hugh?

I am thankful to everyone who showed up there. It's not in a conservative's blood to 'demonstrate', rally or protest, so everyone there probably counted for 10 or 20 others who weren't. Whereas many of the yellow-card carriers are actually paid demonstrators, I think their presence probably accounts for minus 2 or something like that. |

We VASTLY outnumbered the moonbats.
What they did was BUS IN PAID protesters and kept them parked until the march!
We SHOUTED THEM DOWN time and again and THEY HAD A SOUND SYSTEM!
BTW, NEE is about 5'5" with a BIG MOUTH! haha.

The Eagles are totally awesome!! Congradulation MKH for going to this great rally!! I wish this stuff was on MSM. Shout down those moonbats!!
I wish I lived closer to the DC area, so I could go to these awesome events!!!!!! God Bless our troops (WWI, WWII, Korean, Vietnam, GolfWarI and the Military Men, Women and Chaplains, who are laying down their lives for this country in the War on Terror especially in Iraq and Afghanistan)!!

Lynne: I've also emailed Fox because all I saw them reporting about was the protestors. I demanded a segment on the Gathering of Eagles.
Let's all make sure Sean H., Bill O, John G. and others with major hours on FNC know about the success of this so they can report on it on Monday. We won't see anything of course from the MSM - it's too positive, and they don't like to acknowledge that there are so many America loving Americans. |

Did we have any better speakers than this dude? I sure hope so. It looked darn cold out there. I can hardly wait for spring, and then we eagles can climb out and show our support for continuing this war over there. Fight them there so we don't have to fight them here. |

REASON: WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?
When one contemplates the madness in the Middle East it invariable steers the sane toward the need for answers, and to become literate in ‘The One God of Abraham Paradox’. Judaism, Christianity and Islam find their roots there in this chronological order. Therefore it is necessary for everyone to learn about Abraham. We read of the Covenant that God makes with Abraham. It is a simple and brief understandable contract. We then become aware of the two peoples that will propagate from Isaac and Ishmael. We are also startled by the story of the sacrifice that Abraham agrees too when challenged directly by the voice of God to show obedience. To sacrifice, as an offering, his son Isaac. God is called Yahweh in the Hebrew text. As Abraham is about to plunge the knife into Isaac, an angel from Yahweh appears to stop him and verify Abraham’s obedience through fear of God. “Obedience” and “fear” are in the text. Something is wrong here at the very beginning. Why didn’t Yahweh speak directly to Abraham and save Isaac’s life? Thus giving the vocal command instead of sending an angel with... hearsay? The angel also has no name as others were inscribed in many angelical communiqués. Something is wrong here. However, we are relieved that ‘reason’ and life prevails. Indeed since no name is given to the messenger I will give it one. I will call the angel that is sent from God to save Isaac, the ‘Angel of Reason’.
Six hundred years after the life of Jesus, the messenger that brought ‘reason’ during another corrupt-Clerical-cycle in Abrahamic history, gave Mohammad enough of it to have him convert to Judao-Christianity. His communication with fellow Jewish and Christian merchants doing business in Mecca, and a visit from the Angel, named Gabriel, convinced him. Thus another reformer, Mohammad, this time by military force, replaced the Idolatry of the Temple in Mecca with the One God of Abraham. Since bloodline dominates both the Judaic and Islamic religions as well as proclaiming “Chosen People” status we can understand the passion to compete for the spiritual control of those special people. And, incidentally omit all others. Bloodline means ...no Term Limits. And, by Clerics’ interpretation and re-interpretation of scriptures, tutored- followers seeking spiritual sanctuary will obey them. Christian denominations have their share of this. Political and financial gain will come to dominate and corrupt all religions. To be used to hold dominion over many by the admired influence of Clerical demagoguery. In all cases for attaining personal wealth for its leaders...and little sanctuary for the meek. Especially regarding the Palestinian political pawns; a flourishing Industry for the Arab/Persian marketers. The Islamic Cornucopia.
Recent news of Pope Benedict XVI giving a lecture to German University students regarding a debate between Muslim and Byzantine men brought out the difference in fundamental theological influence. The subject was between ‘force’ and ‘reason’. Thus ‘reason’ must again become paramount as the life-saving element spoken in every forum of humanity.
We can therefore understand that politicians favor illiteracy, to gain the spiritual domination over people’s minds... and their votes. Yes, for the same financial gain as we continue to experience the promotion of “Chosen-People”, the US Democratic Party harvests the votes that are seeded in the miss-education of American History within our public schools. Making children illiterate makes them dependent and “Specially Chosen-Voters”. The essence of American heritage started by our founding fathers is mutated by the Democratic Party-leadership and its control of education by the Teachers Union. The Black Caucus is just another of those duped, then corrupted by that same Democratic Party since post-reconstruction after our Civil War. Look it up. You may then find “Reason” to be used again in future elections. Another revolution is at hand regarding the foul use of deception by the elitist egos controlling a political Party with social blackmail. It has taken many years to make our children illiterate. A craft developed by the US Democratic Party.
The Democratic Party has forgotten that this nation was “Endowed by God”. As with Abraham, God endowed us with ‘Reason”; Get it?
The American Civil Liberties Union has mutated as well to join those that wish to be the “Endowers”. They have become intoxicated with the notion that the malicious-mischief that they have gotten away with so far will titillate them into continued political and tax-funded wealth. The ACLU’s False-Tolerance is a malignant evil, not a beneficial noble cause for safe responsible liberty. Our liberty was earned in blood and reason. That must be the banner under which we must use our vote to ‘Declare, us free once more from European and worldly chaos. They will hear us when we do. They will see “Reason”. Reason in America will give those blind and confused, time to look within themselves.
As with Abraham, let us once again pray for God to give the message of ‘reason’ to The US Democratic Party for them to fearlessly become real USA Citizens and not... sacrifice us. United moral victory will always be the ‘reason’ for America. Backbone and moral honor must be learned at the earliest age. Not to go the way of false-tolerance that is destroying Europe.
Let us all begin to use the words ‘Holy War’ and ‘Jihad’ without reservation. The enemy has named it such, and derives every essence of that passion to propagate fear, hate and lucrative funding. By using those words as well as our enemy we will provoke public argument and alarm from every Imam world-wide who demands exclusive use of them. By doing so we will also demand the international view of the ‘Abrahamic Paradox”. We take away the ‘Chosen People’ status of both Jew and Muslim by public debate. That my fellow Americans is the beginning of Psychological Warfare that is based on truth. No American military person must serve without this ‘Common God of Semitic People’ knowledge. And to be free to understand the significant power of communicating this Common-God truth to the three religions, Jew, Christian and Muslim when stationed in the Mideast or anywhere else. Until this Weapon of Psychological Warfare Truth is understood and fearlessly spoken at every domestic and international forum there will be no peace.
The mass-media will have no excuse to hide from the debate. They must begin to compete for this story. As a fundamental service of “The Fourth Estate” the press’ foremost duty is to expose corruption. The corruption of Islamic Blackmail will as any exposé be countered with “Blasphemy”. Questions will be fearlessly asked, free of Fatwa death-contract or ACLU-threat due to their volume. Embarrassment will begin to blossom. The cadence of tutored-hate in every Mosque and Madrasa will pause when the questions enter them. Imams will spew hatred. But the Press will be on the feeding trail and pursue them. The media will be allowed to begin speaking the Holy War language. You see folks, just as in any libel suit, information once allowed in the public courtroom can open the can of worms, on the subject that is allowed, to introduce all countering information by the opposing adversary. Lots of embarrassment and truth with no bullets. Even the illiterate at the international water cooler will begin to see the light and speak and expose the lunacy of ‘Holy War”.

Last week I was following with interest many posts from those who not only planned to be Eagles but looked forward to hitting, slapping, decking, spitting on, and otherwise teaching a lesson to the protesting moonbats, hippies, filthy commies, etc.. They said they would gladly "pay a fine" for the privilege. How did that go?
I am impressed with the courage expressed on this board. I think your talents are being wasted here at home. I stand with poster Baloney who suggests that we use townhall.com as a sign-up sheet for those of you who would like to volunteer to go to Iraq. You could maybe drive trucks, be contractors. I know that your enthusiasm would be appreciated by the terrorists. And---just listen to this idea---you could put in a special request to replace some of those "immoral" soldiers that General Pace finds so disgusting. |

Your name does your posts justice. Tell you what, there is an abortion clinic down the road. All who are in favor of abortion rights need to climb into a van and volunteer to have one today to share their solidarity and give them credibility. If you are not able to or choose not to, then you are not allowed to have an opinion on the subject. (Clear-thinking) People don't support war because it's war. They support the policy or noble mission behind it.
"All the war lovers who back Bush on Iraq, we need bodies to go over to Iraq as soldiers or consultants (private soldiers) to fight this war. Let's see a show of hands to volunteer to fight. Better yet, start a section of Townhall.com to gather the names. Let's see the list of Iraq war lovers who seek deferments or send emails with excuses of why they will not go. Let all the people who want to bring our fighting men and women home, keep monitoring Townhall.com to see the results of this Iraq war lovers' recruitment drive." |
