From TPM: An Obama aide points out to us that the Obama transition team has just rolled out an innovative new feature on its Web site, hoping to carry through on the President-elect's campaign promises of greater government transparency. It's a page entitled "Open For Questions," in which anyone can submit questions to the transition and, subsequently, to the administration.
Idea: This site is just begging for us to visit and ask about the extent of Obama’s relationship with Blagojevich.
... Oh yeah, you might also want to note that Obama should immediately disclose details of any and all contact between members of his team and Blago or his people -- and ask whether or not Obama will fire or “promote up” Fitzgerald to keep him from putting more Obama friends in jail...

And I encourage any Congressional Republican who wishes to feel free to change parties.
McCain? Specter? Snow? Don't you all think it's time to embrace Hope and Light? He came from the clouds (or Kenya) to save people like you from the clutches of evil conservatives. Eschew liberty, and embrace the love of communalism.
Obama is the Way, for now and forever. |

"He doesn't need to do that, guys. Republicans got beat so bad he doesn't need to give us the time of day."
And I don't think he should. I think the Reps should let the Dems run roughshod. They have a mandate and I think they should pursue it all the way. Immediately. Republicans shouldn't filibuster either, just vote nay.
I know the cause of the failure. I know who caused it. And I know that through outright fraud on the part of television and print media, the two worst candidates got nominated and the worst of the two got elected.
Here is who got us into this mess,

Here is who Democrat voters think will get us out,

Honestly man! You think you can negotiate with these loons?! What do you think Republicans are going to get except slapped around like little b*tches, or blamed for screwing everything up?
Good legislation? Yeah. Right.
Any victory by the GOP now will be Pyrrhic. All victories by Democrats are are self-destructive. A good general knows better than to stop his enemy from injuring himself.
It's time to minimize efforts in DC as to work on other things.
BTW, here are the folks who chose the folks who'll be getting us out of these financial difficulties,

Bi-partisanship? Next you'll ask me to cast pearls before swine.

Doesn't work - flash over competency, sounds about right.
They are open to response to THEIR issues, currently complain now about how we're suffering in the Bush economy.
Will they still be open in January when its HIS responsibility? |
|
|
please stop. this is embarassing. He won. You lost. Let's run a con next time. |
|
Yeah Obama's ALL ABOUT bipartisanship......
LOL!!!!!
THAT explains his selections of Rahm Emmanuel and Eric Holder.......
It's an old cliche' but......
ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.......ALWAYS!!! |
|
Even after the Republican opposition was ANNIHILATED, he's still emphasizing bipartisanship and transparency.
He doesn't need to do that, guys. Republicans got beat so bad he doesn't need to give us the time of day.
Maybe it's phony, maybe it's not, but losers can't be choosers... |

TRANSPARENCIES???
I agree with Foxmustang! I would like to see the real birth certificate instead. One way or another, this is going to get ugly. Impeachment is the only way to salvation. LOL.

Check out http://www.noquarter.com for a very insightful article of Obama's extensive relationship with Blago. I think the name of it is "that's not the Blagoyovich I thought I knew" It is long, but it is thorough and there is alot there. |
|
... takes the opening catch and runs to paydirt! :-) |
|
I've got a question for 'ya......
Where the hell's your US birth certificate????? |
|
|
... but the over/under for when this cute and sudden lil' attempt at transparency gets shut down due to "overwhelming response" or whatever b.s. excuse they come up with -- Friday a.m. ... |
