Romney winning a few prizes/not persons

I think it's important to take notice of some things.

In recent blogs, I've re - highlighted how that conservative media are overlooking viable, positive candidates because of a fixation on Romney. Fox News and TownHall are excessively bent on promoting Romney, when he has fallen flat in places where there's a real race. He's won in the very skewed Mormon population in Nevada and in his familial tied Michigan. He's won where he is uncontested. Otherwise, he falls flat.

A real test of his candidacy occurred in the South Carolina. He spent massive dollars and came in fourth. I think this is a statement of what people really see.

As governor of Massachusetts, the job growth rate was the fourth worst in the country. And yet, he claims to be the candidate to turn the economy around?

He held an Olympics. (oops, or was it that there were some people excited about the Olympics and volunteered to make it a success?) Maybe if the Presidential candidacy were really an Olympics?

I'm not sure I like the analogy of winning my vote to winning the gold? I'm not a prize. I'm a person.

So far, Romney is winning a few prizes. I'm not sure he's winning a few persons.

Huckabee has no money, yet, he comes in 1st or 2nd in contested races. hmm...maybe Huck has something?!!!!!!!

DItto GOP-RIP
I am 65 years old, live in Arizona and have always voted Republican BUT now if the GOP thinks they can force McShamnesty down my voting fingers they are very much mistaken! If McCain is the best that the party can do, the best that I can do for my countries future is to vote Dem. Let the Rino party die and hopefully a REAL conservative party will be formed out of the ashes. I am not sure that I will see it in my lifetime but I will have at least taken the first steps for the future Conservatives. The Rinos unfortunately believe that we will vote for anyone they put up and we are to blame for that--it is a fact as we have always done so--but no more!

GOP-RIP?

With all due respect. If the GOP thinks they can continue to import cheap labor for their donors at the expense of the citizens, they will. I will not vote for that again. If it takes crushing the GOP so a new party representing American citizens can arise, so be it. If we continue to play the game of "the other guy is worse", we will lose our country. Sorry, but I will not participate in that game any longer. The GOP power brokers think we will vote for "anybody but a Democrat" so they can continue to ignore securing the borders and enforcing the laws. I'm hoping GOP primary voters give the party elites some surprises in the primaries. I want to vote for a GOP candidate in Nov.'08, I will not vote for any of the amnesty supporters, McCain, Rudy, Huckabee.

Here's an idea
How about REPORTING instead of being propaganda tools? The entrenched establishment controls all the levers but the gauges keep telling them that the machine is not delivering the desired result. When it's 120 degrees outside, it doesn't solve anything to rig the thermometer to read 72 degrees and telling people it's not hot. It's hot out here and we don't believe the establishment anymore!
