Is There Comparable Coverage of Cindy McCain?

If the assertion that the press is biased against Barack Obama is even to begin to pass the laugh test, then someone needs to account for pieces like this glowing tribute to Michelle Obama appearing in the Miami Herald -- a major newspaper in an important state.
Sure, it's a feature piece, but reading it can send one straight into diabetic shock. Here's how it begins:
Michelle Obama glides into an empty Jungle Island banquet room looking fresh in a signature, white sheath dress that exposes toned arms and showcases that long, graceful neck.
If her style earns her comparisons to Jackie O, she won't complain.
And it goes on -- at considerable length -- in the same style.
Can anyone point out anything at all comparable that's been written about Cindy McCain?

Kimberly:
"Katie 'in the tank for mcsame' Couric"
There's no way you're seeing the same coverage I am--or any other sane American.
Turning to the subject of the entry, the press can fawn over Obama's wife all they want. The expensive makeovers haven't helped. Of course, she's just some loud background noise to make us shudder in revolt. But she's still a reminder of the seething resentment voiced by her beloved pastor Jeremiah Wright.
I still say she resembles, and certainly has the disposition of, Aunt Esther from "Sanford and Son." And any Obama supporter really is "a big dummy." |

I have not seen that much coverage of Cindy McCain at all. A couple of weeks ago I saw Cindy McCain on the cover of Newsweek and was surprised.
I noticed that Obama and the family are on People Magazine this week.
I have not seen the media coverage for McCain that Obama has gotten. MSNBC runs a 24/7 infomercial for him. CNN is in the tank for him. Campbell Brown can hardly mention Obama's name without fainting.
And sorry, but Mrs. Obama is no Jackie O. |
|
Did I see a report that said a recent poll found that 70% of Americans believe the media is activily trying to help Obama get elected?
|

I only know what Cindy McCain is doing because I check out McCainBlogette.com and hear about her from Tammy Bruce. I've never seen this much bias.
Kimberly, you must be a very unhappy woman ... that is, if you are a woman. |

We put too much importance on a persons appear-ance etc,. I want to see beneath the surface of things, what makes them tick?! I do take issue with Michelles "favored" press coverage. She has never answered the important question, why she thinks America is mean and has never been proud of her Country?! When asked, she shrugs and says, "lets talk about the issues" and the media just gives her a pass! I guess if Obama loses she will continue to wallow in her previous self-pity! (Change of subject) Responding to the McCain age debate. I'll take age and wisdom over the naive, immature inexperienced young, anyday! Wisdom develops as we age. I thought I knew it all in my early and mid adult life but I've learned how little I knew then, compared to my Senior years On every aspect of life, I now have enough knowledge to make the best choice and decisions. |

on facts as it regards Cindy McCain. Kimberly has been proven wrong before that Cindy was not the bookkeeper for the Keating Five. She wants to continue to overlook the fact that the only reason John McCain was brought into the mess with Keating was because of some missing receipts which were found and submitted.
Cindy McCain is too busy helping others less fortunate while Michelle Obama does nothing but sit around complaining about how bad the US has been to her and her husband.
Cindy McCain has more class in her little finger than the entire Obama heritage.
I notice Kimberly and the rest of the Obamabots aren't pointing out how much money the Obamas are getting for all these magazine articles and photo shoots.
BTW, I thought Obama claimed he wasn't going to expose his kids to the media anymore. Yet there they are, splayed all over People magazine. Just another in the long list of lies coming from Obama. |

How about it? Obama in a handful of instances has shamelessly marched his kids out in the limelight. In contrast, you'd hardly know how many kids McCain has. I don't think he had any with his first wife, though he adopted her two kids from her first marriage (one of whom works in Cindy McCain's business). Then, he has three natural born kids with Cindy (two sons and a daughter) and an adopted daughter. But McCain and Cindy are trying to keep their kids way off the radar screen. You have to be impressed about how tight-lipped they are about the two sons in the military.
Kimberly reams Cindy every chance the subject comes up, but I have a hard time faulting someone who's been as devoted to service as she. Where she's made mistakes, she's made good and moved on. And Kimberly is lying about the bigamy charge. She should provide a link or be sent back to her aluminum-wrap lined room. |

Illinois Senate records. There are tons of questions regarding his mortgage and a EFC complaint has been filed by Judicial Watch regarding said mortgage.
For all of Obama's boasting about his loyalty to the US, I find it interesting that he made a concerted effort to make sure his senior thesis regarding nuclear arms is hidden. If he has nothing hide why not make it public? It was the same with Michelle's thesis, but luckily we did get a copy of that.
Obama also told his former classmates at Harvard not to say anything about him or his college days. Again, one has to wonder just what he is hiding.
For all of Obama's assertions that his campaign is transparent, it is obvious that he has done everything in his power to keep the American people away from knowing exactly who he is and what he believes in.
I understand how it is politically expedient for those already in office not to question Obama's loyalty to the US, but it isn't a stretch for me to say he does not have the American people and the US's best interest at heart. He would sell this nation down the river in heartbeat.

Cindy McCain is a beautiful women and it doesn't need to be said. We know it.

....just give it up and change her name to Hugh Jass....? |

Since you seem to be suffering from MDS (and probably BDS as well, why stop at McCain's wife. I'm sure that you can get a few shots in at his children as well. Please show us your complete nastiness already.

Kimberly: what happened to that bigamy lie you keep throwing out. Strictly speaking, that's marriage to a person while still legally married to another. That didn't happen, did it?
Does anyone else get the impression that Kimberly was a high school rival of Cindy McCain's--except it was a rivalry in Kimberly's mind.
Where does the venom come from? How can a person who isn't even running for office get so far under this Kimberly's skin that she has to unload ever single link she's possibly found on Cindy McCain.
Kimberly, get a life or, at a minimum, get some help. |

was written by a person whose command of the Queen's English equals Michelle's.
A poorly written piece even for a H.S. freshman. |
