symbols in the McCain ad with Brittany and Paris!
Yep, claims the leaning tower of pisa and something else. Mike Medved had it looked at frame-by-frame and declared Bob full of it. They are wasting little time in jumping on the EeeeekK Racism blather for any Johnny Little ad that pokes fun at The Messiah. And, it is SO EASY!! ________________________________________________
Here's a suggestion for The Bloviator, Briggsy, Kimmy and Co: Lay the resumes of Barry and Johnny side-by-side. End of story. Toast. Clueless TOAST.
We are in a global fight with Islamists of the Butcher variety and the Slick Kid with a teleprompter and an airplane seat that says "President", and NOTHING else, is trying to sell the Ponzi that he's suitable for C in C???
Oh, please.
And, Bro-Bay, what say..you..oh...dear...forgot.. :-) |
|
In fact, you extend to Bjob far too much credit while suggesting she actually had a "paid" position (i know, i know....you're a giver).
However, even Obama was smart enough not to promote Bjob further than anything but, volunteer. |
|
capisco.
Agreed all viewpoints, no matter how dim, should have their say provided the say is communicated in a less than profane manner.
However- given her(?) blindly idiotic pro b.hussein nattering, I truly suspected she was part of the empty suit's paid minions.
|
|
You write of Bjob's banishment, having been vanquished as her scum deserved, however, you are infinitley "off-base" as to why.
You write: "Did it finally come out that blob was actually a paid shill for b.hussein, or was it the crushing stupid blob brought to every inane comment he/she/it put on the board that go blob banned?"
Bjob was banished for the profane manner in which she communicated. Hers was an inability to string together any semblance of coherent thought, injecting her gross incapability of relying on civil dialogue. Oh, to be sure, there are many among us who reduce ourselves to sophomoric banter----myself included. She far surpassed this, to the degree of grovelling in the gutter with obscenities, four-letter epithets, and highly offensive references---as she conducted yesterday in name-calling towards, "hvs".
Erin, for you to even suggest, hint at, her demise as a result of her political ideology is highly dissappointing. There is nothing more valued here than divergent views---conducted in other than the obscene, offensive manner in which "Bjob" employed; it was all she knew though. She did not possess the grasp, the ability to communicate thoughts, articulate her perspective in any way other than offensively immature ways. Again----so that there is no mistake about this; many here, including me, are capable of deteriorating the dialogue to juvenile banter. It is, however, a rare occurrance to witness the offensiveness of Bjob's language---her thinly veiled scrabble-esque, four letter blasphemy. Not to mention her desire to use race-baiting, race-hustling in ways to "guilt" others on this site.
Kapish? |
|
Mr. Hopey mcChangeagent, in the interest of leaving behind the politics of the past, ducks out on a new way for the candidates to meet.
Further evidence that even b.hussein knows he is a cypher, and empty suit blowing in the winds of expediency.
Once more, for the terminally stupid on this thread (p.l., briggs, etc.):
Being a bagman for Rezko under the guise of "Community Orgranizer" in Chicago, being a do nothing illinois state senator for several years, then being a us senator for 143 days does NOT qualify one to be President, no matter how well one can read a teleprompter.
This stiff is john edwards, with LESS experience, trace elements more testosterone, and less documented mistresses/beards.
Re: the demise of blob (aka Brob)-
What's the deal with that? Did it finally come out that blob was actually a paid shill for b.hussein, or was it the crushing stupid blob brought to every inane comment he/she/it put on the board that go blob banned?

"don't blame Bill Clinton for the 1999 tech bubble. Corrupt wall street analysts were giving out enthusiastic buy recommendations to greater fools."
But blame George Bush for the mortgage crisis? Your ignorance is only eclipsed by your hypocrisy.

...when one needs a minute to hotly celebrate? |

...going down", I cannot help but notice that there is sweet justice, after all, for the offensive, obscene, drivel of one of the Lefties here, Brob.
I noticed she's been "vaporized".
Just as I noticed that she NEVER received criticism from those on her team; criticism for her thinly veiled four-letter scrabble-esque obscenities. Nor did she ever receive admonishmnet from her team members for her blatant race-hustling, race-bating crapola. The latter of her obscene nature was no less offensive, and no less ignored by Liberals here.
And now, it matters no more.
Sweet justice for the real buffoons... |
|
but the Obama legacy of Tony Rezko, Jeremiah Wright, too busy shopping to visit the Troops, and hiding from open debates is okay...
I think PL needs a blood test... I think someone has been exposed to toxic fumes... |
|
|
Look at these buffoons. You think you're gonna photoshop your way into the Presidency, with the flimflam and falsehoods. There's lots of time left in this game, chumps, and Mac has just sewn the seeds of his destruction. In these times, after years and decades of failed leadership, if Mac is not "straight," he is not worthy. And he's not straight. Just another power-grubbing Reep freak who is going down in November. |

Keep that moustache, friend. My description was all part of a package. Now, if you're wearing starched boot cut wranglers today, and ostrich skin boots, then maybe..... |

1. Because he's a Democrat. 2. Because he's a Democrat.
Please learn to read.
3. No. Playing the race card would be assuming everyone not for B. Hussein a racist.

It hasn't been made the issue it has the potential to be.
I expect another knockout video from McCain's campaign highlighting this and comparing it to his "anytime, anywhere" call for debates with McCain.
The ad will hurt, just like the last 3:troops, celeb, messiah.
Maybe a youtube video including Obama's "President" throne he has on his O-Force One would do the trick. |

disrespect hippies.
Professional investment decision makers who should be EDUCATING themselves on a subject before putting OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY into something blew it. With the help of touts selling it. |
|

Obama and McCain could have made history with these townhalls but Obama can't take the heat. I am disappointed because I think it would have been good participatory democracy with little filtering by the MSM. But Obama is more interested in getting elected than in being revolutionary. And this contradicts the premise of his candidacy. He's just another dishonest and manipulative politician. Its a change for the worse if you ask me. I guess he does bring change after all. |

Obama is the "brokeback" candidate? |

Looks like I'll have to stay out of Texas for a bit.... I trimmed my mustache this morning....

Mike, You ask, "How long can Hugh survive?". Then you state, "See ya Hugh." Is Hugh commenting on your blog now? Does Hugh have your nationally syndicated radio show programmed on his car stereo? Does Mike have experience working in a president's administration? Go home Mike.

I still find it somewhat humorous that there is as much vitriol against Hugh personally as against the content of his articles. Another ploy to take your eye off the ball? i.e. socialism in this great Republic |

It is the same old political crap we have heard for years from the radical left. New kind of politician. Just take the money and run, public financing wasn't to his advantage. "We will take the 3 standard debates" because BHO has the least amount of exposure in that type of debate and he can spin his way through his socialist policies. "Oh, and did I mention he's black" to quote the "post-racism candidate" Barack Hussein Obama. |

Briggsy writes: "Corrupt wall street (sic) analysts were giving out enthusiastic buy recommendations to greater fools."
Wrong. it was much simpler than a Wall Street Cabal.
The Tech bubble was was a tulip mania redux (i.e, the Madness of Crowds.) It was mostly old hippies teamed up with techies from San Francisco and San Jose trying to make it big with big ideas and very bad business plans trying to con venture capitalists. I know because we looked a this odd collection of Internet guru's and saw nothing with investing in.
Read about the Tulip mania here.

Bad week for Hugh Hewitt.
Humiliated by being forced to back a man he once called a "lightweight god hating liberal posing as a conservative," he's now become nothing but a shill hoping desperately to hang on to the over-the-cliff fringe which still listens to him.
See ya Hugh.

Bravely bold Sir Obama Rode forth from Illinois. He was not afraid to die, Oh brave Sir Obama. He was not at all afraid To be attacked in nasty ways. Brave, brave, brave, brave Sir Obama.
He was not in the least bit scared To be called a Muslim. Or a leftist too, And a celebrity. And Britney too. To be called a Paris Hilton type, Clearly a racist sterotype Brave Sir Obama.
And Rove sent men to aide McCain They called Barack chicken And yellow And scared And then Obama cried its foul And ran around like barnyard fowl
"That's... that's enough debate talk for now lads, *** there's dirty "cynical" work afoot*** ???."
Brave Sir Obama ran away. ("No!") Bravely ran away away. ("I didn't!") When campaign danger reared it's ugly head, Obama bravely turned his tail and fled. ("no!") Yes, brave Sir Obama turned about ("I didn't!") And gallantly he chickened out.
****Bravely**** taking ("I never did!") to his feet, Obama beat a very brave retreat. ("all lies!") Bravest of the braaaave, Sir Obama! ("I never!")

Un, no, in 1999 the economy was a media-inflated convolution designed to prop up the Clinton legacy. It was a bubble ready to burst. |

I liked this one the most:
http://www.commentarymagazine.com/blogs/index.php/rubin/189 71
Rubin quotes Krauthammer:
"I think the sheen from earlier this year, where he was seen as a streaking meteor and he was the candidate of hope–I think it was Brit Hume who said he started the year by selling hope, but now he’s selling audacity. "
and,
"Obama started out as the presumptive Democratic nominee, and now he’s the “presumptuous” Democratic nominee."

I am glad to see terms like "All hat no cattle" entering the current political vernacular.
I'll suggest another cattleman term for Obama that is just as fitting:
Dimestore Cowboy
Definition: 1) All dressed up in fancy Stetson hat, starched Wrangler boot cut jeans (with fake Skoal circle faded in left back pocket), brand new Tony Lama ostrich skin boots, silver belt buckle (5" wide), perfectly trimmed mustache and fake Rolex.

laughed out loud, as you know God made man, to worship. Leftists worship everything BUT God, and as you said, up to and including a "turd".
Leftist chicken purveyor, Tyson Foods, announced that Labor Day will no longer be a paid holiday, but instead, the muslim holiday, Eid al-Fitr, or the last day of Ramadan, will be one. Jihadists need not use force to overcome us. All they have to do is wait, and let the leftists do it for them.
Also, this past week, at a middle school in Texas, the principal of the school allowed CAIR, to conduct an all day program about islam. The students were forced to participate. Among the topics, students learned the 5 pillars of islam and the most effective way to remove an infidel from his head. Yes sir, the NEA and CAIR, working together for a brighter America. |

Take a look at the RCP articles today on how Obama is now being viewed by some of his own flacers. Worry now appears. Lightweight now appears. McCain if very flawed but is not a radical socialist pacifist and his toughness might inspire even some Indies and even more than the 30 % of conservDems that now say they will vote for him. He still needs to point at solid BASE issues and stop the maverick baloney. No more bi-partisanship John. Hit the socialists where they hurt on defense, drilling, jurists, education and borders. Knock down this Messiah pretender and obliterate his phoney 'newness'. He is about as new as Henry Wallace or Mitterand. |

"....Kimber ever "winning" anything, but we may be able to work out some sort of Life Achievement thing...."
Perfect. |

Obama challenged McCain to two townhall debates? Did he mention it under his breath or in the shower or on the basketball court? Seems like that would be big news but funny no one has it but our Oil & Gas poser Brob. |

ColBat: He deserved that Award right down to his toesie-woesies. |

I nominate King Liberal or Kimberlost for next month's prize. We don't want Boberta to get the "I am the one I've been wating for" delusions aplenty afterglow. ;-) |

...as befits a westerner:
When Conservatives see a turd, they flush it. Apparently the libs put a suit on it and worship it.... |
|
|
Obama has done a fine job of undermining himself now that Americans clearly see his lack of character, and ego-centrict ways by failing to admit the surge worked and by not visiting the wounded troops. You must be one of those "redistribution of income" libs that wants to take from the most productive (you know the top 1% of wage earners that pay over 30% of the taxes) to give to one of your favorite failed Big Government programs of yesteryear (Welfare, Social Security, National/Socialist Health Care, etc.) Read your Constitution and get into the free market. Make a difference by creating income rather than expecting the Nanny State to take care of you. |
|
|
Brob, Congratulations on winning last month. |
|
|
Yup that would be "The One." He has great schlick just like other Dem POTUS wannabes when in front of a teleprompter. But when candid one on ones happen he melts like jello. No spine like most blowup Messiah dolls. Just full of hot, sweaty air. |
|
If Dan Quayle said, "Inflate your tires and get a tune-up(who gets tune-ups in 2008?)" as an answer to the gas price dilemna - what would you say?
That's what I thought... |
|
Save it for a national audience. Much more efficient use of his time.
Another impressive and presidential choice by our man Barack. |
|
|
You might want to check the latest polls of likely voters - you'll find McCain is now leading. Voters are starting to pay attention as the election nears, and as with Mondale, Dukakis, Gore, and Kerry, Obama's failed liberal policies of the past will pale in comparison to McCain's pro-American, free market approach. Obama is an old school, lefist/Socialist, redistribution of income, weak on defense, appeaser and Americans have rejected his ilk for some time now. You guys might want to come up with some new solutions, not the same ones that have failed time and again. Obama's depth of understanding the issues is summed up in his extensive solution to the energy problem - "Just put more air in your tires" !!! His ego and arrogance is now being reflected in the polls. Americans want solutions that work from strong minded politicians who don't claim "racism" every time they are attacked. |
|
.....if they want, but in reality there is nothing to feel guilty about. None of us did anything.... I don't care what the reasons are for rejecting BHO, as long as we do reject him. Even the state of Illinois is now seeing what they've got....and he's worthless. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't even get reelected to the Senate and in 5 years is back being a community organizer.... In Dodger Stadium, the chant "Barry sucks" has been heard for years.... Clearly LA leads the way.... :-) |
|
Obamas latest energy policy of "just inflate your tires" says all you need to know about the depth of this guy. Every voter should be required to read Jerome Corsi's new book "The Obamanation". We know Obama's policies are either weak or retreads of old failed liberal programs, and now we can get back to the real issue of his lack of qualifications to lead.
He is a student of the Saul Alinsky school of radical Left/Socialist politics and his associations with Wright and Ayers were part of that ideology. The smoking gun is Obama's current endorsement of Raila Odinga, the Prime Minister of Kenya. Odinga is a radical socialist who forced his way into power and has aligned himself with the radical Islamist party. Odinga comes from the same tribe as Obama's father. This episode gives us a window into the Obama mindset and approach on foreign policy. This guy is radical and his ideology is very disturbing. |
|
|
He should run on that every chance he gets. |
|
...He has the heart of a patriot. The other guy is an American hater and a racist of the worst type. At heart, Mr. B. Hussein is not different than the good ol' boy rednecks and KKKers - except his animus is aimed at the "typical white people".
Yes, I know McCain is not the best conservative in the Republican field, and it does my heart good to see conservatives expressing their concerns about him. At least we see the flaws in ALL candidates. Lefties are hung up in their infantile worship of their Big Government politicians and will acquiescingly vote for them. Hopefully conservatives will see the extremism of Mr. Hussein and his party is simply intolerable and will vote for the patriot in the race. |
|

When the debates happen, I hope that McLame's heart can take it. |

I cannot wait until Barack takes on Elmer Fudd in the debates, however, I think that 3 is enough. I personally don't want to sit through 10. |
|
....our Olympic coverage on NBC. Joe Jones is about to go for the gold in the XXX competition, but we know you're far more interested in watching him milk goats on his parents farm for the next half hour. We'll show the actual event at 11:30. But first, here's a list of the athlete who have tested positive today.....followed by a brief Chinese travelogue....
Yeah.....I'll pass |

I once witnessed a Thanksgiving Day Macy's Parade where one of the big-headed balloons became hopelessly deflated, but yet had to continue being carried down 5th Avenue by its handlers..
"There ain't gonna be no town hall debates" say its handlers.."onward!"
|
|
"Politics is not a blood sport to most people and the Olypmics will get far more attention."
That's what most of us will be doing when the Olympic games are run "live" on NBC. As for replays, barring some American winning multiple medals in some event (which will on focus attention on that), most people really don't care. The Olympics are way too corrupt and boring for most people to really invest any time with it.
Now if Barack Obama stops acting like a chicken and is willing to stand up like a man and take McCain on...now I would watch that.
|
|
But missed on The Winner in November. Somewhere, down at gut-hunch level, people aren't buying this pretender. He'd be showing much stronger in the daily 'most likely to vote' tracking polls. He's gone flatter than a sweet potatoe f*rt.
Toast. Clueless TOAST. |
|
|
votes come in! Oh wait... |
|
"Obama may have peaked in Berlin, and the sudden recognition by millions that "there is no there there" will be solidified by Obama's big debate duck. "
Right. The assumption here, of course, is that people are paying close attention to politics and see it as a blood sport the way you do, Hugh.
Fact is most people aren't paying attention to this campaign precisely because it is so boring.
I'd argue during the 2000 election when Gore was running against Bush, the public was a lot more interested because the public was transitioning away from Democrats EVEN THOUGH THE ECONOMY WAS BOOMING IN 1999.
Such is not the case today. The election will be a no brainer vote for most people, an anti-Republican vote.
The economy sucks, the Iraq situation is highly unpopular, and generally the country as a whole believes we are heading in the wrong direction.
What's there to follow? Obama would have to commit an axe murder to lost this election.
If you want to talk gaffe's and "no there, there" all one has to do is reflect on George Bush's 2000 campaign. America elected him because he was the one they "most likely wanted to have a beer with". America is going to elect Obama because he is not a Republican.
I predict both political conventions will set records for *least* amount of public interest this year.
Minds are already made up Hugh.
Politics is not a blood sport to most people and the Olypmics will get far more attention.
|
|
|
People are supporting him for 2 reasons: 1) He's a Democrat (i.e. an ultraleftist), and 2) he's half black (I.e. assuages White guilt). There are no rational reasons; however, that gets him 48% of the electorate. The trick is to get the other 52% to show up for a mediocre (at best) Republican. |
|
|
Obama is scared to take McCain on in a Townhall. There might not be a teleprompter and a team of liberal "Dr. Luntzs" to save him. |
|
Clueless, Empty Suit, Ponzi Schemer, 3-Card Monty Dealer, Resumeless-TOAST.
And, we haven't yet watched Him heal the sick, make the lame walk and feed the multitudes at the Denver Acceptance Speech Outdoor Extravaganza.
Hope Johnny Little is thinking how, as President, he can get Conservative Justices 'under the treeline' of the radical Dem Congress. Barry is TOAST. |
