Upcoming Media
Posted by: Amanda Carpenter at 12:51 PM
I'll be on MSNBC around 2:45 to talk about how the upcoming general election fight is playing out between McCain and Obama on the web. Sort of an what are the issues being fought about and how kind of segment. Sound off in the comments if you have thoughts on this!

And, I'll be on O'Reilly this evening.

a few thoughts for MSNBC

Amanda,

One of the things we're noticing about the Obamamessiah supporters on the internet is that they impugne anyone who doesn't support Obama as "racist."
We whom oppose him are NOT 'allowed' to oppose him for his radical left wing naivete, rather, we're just "racist."

You might want to mention on MSNBC that when black R-e-p-u-b-l-i-c-a-n-s Ken Blackwell, Michael Steele, and Lynn Swann were running in hotly contested campaigns in 2006, these same Democrats who call us "racist" in 2008 did NOT support Blackwell, Steele, and Swann.
Rather, they supported the white Democratic candidates who were running against them.

And of course, we Republicans didn't run around claiming that they were "racist."

P.S. Would the Democrats concede that by opposing Bobby Jindal's election in Louisiana, they are de facto "racist" ?

No One Representing American Citizens
How about pointing out how both parties are pandering to citizens of other counties illegally in our country. Both parties are representing illegal aliens AND their employers and NO ONE is representing American citizens who want the laws and borders enforced.

"just a little bit outside"

Virginia Patriot,

We realize that the issue of illegal immigration gets your blood boiling.

However, Amanda is soliciting ideas for the McCain VS Obama fight, as it is specifically unfolding on the internet.

She's going to be on television, and is looking to contribute to the topic of conversation which MSNBC has selected.

Your suggestion doesn't really address the subject.
