Our Founding Fathers gave We the People the Fourth Branch of Government, the Citizens Grand Jury, in Our Bill of Rights. These 12 Simple Steps are the way for Patriots to keep control of the Government and Clean up Corruption in Washington:
1) Advertise and Promote the Fact that you are forming a Grand Jury in Blogs, Local Newspapers and Community Organizations.
2) Form the Grand Jury and select a Foreman.
3) Select a Private Attorney General to make Presentments to Grand Jury, if local DA refuses to make presentments.
4) Select a convenient Meeting Place.
5) Communicate with all Citizens who have criminal information to present.
6) Schedule presentments by said Citizens.

There is only one remedy to the full court press by Barack Obama and his handpicked henchmen to put the whole of America under the rules of Chicago politics. Defeat them at the polls.
No revelation about the intentional acts of legal treachery from Eric Holder or any member of his current staff will affect their intention to implement their plan. They are incapable of hearing, let alone reacting to an outraged public.
Our only recourse then is to get their attention by kicking them out of office and how I wish that were a literal and not figurative term. The Dems are in full intimidation mode; they have called out union goons and ACORN agitators to beat back the swell of public discontent.
We must not allow them to cool the flames of public passion that have arisen out of this administration's totalitarian tactics.

Will they have a Federal law requiring disclosure of all guns on your tax forms? There is a back-door federal approach to national gun registration. It will be passed administratively and won't even require a vote by Congress.
Remember, the socialist takeover CANNOT succeed without disarming the public. This is step one; a national list of who has what guns. Senate bill SB-2099/amendment to internal revenue act of 1986. This Bill, SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It may require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun. It was introduced on Feb. 24 and will become public knowledge 30 days after it is voted into law. It is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act of 1986. This means that the Finance Committee can pass this without the Senate voting on it at all.
