Re: Obama's Explanation
Posted by: Matt Lewis at 9:55 AM
If you think about it, Obama's gaffe was really an endorsement of former MN governor Jesse "The Body" Ventura's statement from a few years ago.

As you'll recall, he said religion is a "crutch" for the "weak-minded."

Obama has inadvertently revealed how liberals really view religion -- as competition to government (their real savior).  Those who want government to control the people have always resented religion -- or what liberal fascists might refer to as: "the opiate of the people."

Drape the flag over their religion so they can establish a theocracy.

Obama's Explanation
He is sounding like John Edwards more and more. Maybe he wants John Edwards' Delegates.

Not only is his militant wife, Michelle, and Rev. Wright Anti-American, his supporters who post on other Blogs seem Militant and Hateful. This is SCARY to me.

Beastie Boy , What Stuff?
What qualifies Barak Hussein Obama to be president? Paying off studen loans? Having a wife who believes "america is such a mean country"? Obama's understanding of "typical white people". Obama's mentor's philosophy that he taught Obama well i.e. this is the "USKKKA"? No, it must be his "understanding" of the 'small town" people who are driven to churches by frustration of a failed govt. and a bitterness toward govt. failure that makes them vote for their rights to own guns, and against gay marriage. Pardon my not so small town life belief that - Barak Hussein Obama - is the most unqualified, inexperienced, foregn-influenced man to ever ran for president unlike McCain who is the oldest man to have served our country and is asking for the honor to be president. About Cindi McCain - she is a class act that Michelle "never been proud of my country, please pay my student loans" la femme fatal can't measure up to. FYI - thank God for rich people otherwise Obama would not have a way to fund his misguided fed. healthcare system that only 29% of americans favor.

I could've swore he was channeling Marx
If memory serves, it was Comrade Karl that uttered the "opiate" line.

Just think; if we didn't still have a battle for the 'Rat soul, the masses wouldn't have found out about Obama's unreconstructed Communistic tendencies until he began implementing them.

What "gaffe?"
A politician, speaking the unvarnished truth? Bestill, my beating heart!

As we used to say in golf, Obama "hit that one on the screws." The working man is angry. Bitter. He has watched his standard of living fall by 20-30% over the past seven years, while the denizens of Richistan are living the lives of lords.

The only Republican with the perspicacity to pick up on this was Huckabee.

The politics of selfishness that you have practiced over the past fifteen years has created two Americas -- the working man's lot is now considerably worse than it was in 1967. Why you think this state of affairs should continue is beyond my comprehension.

Time and time again, Obama has shown us that he has the right stuff to be President. dumb Juan Senile mcSame and his drug-addled Stepford wife Marie Antoinette are so completely divorced from reality that they will never catch up.
