House GOP Open for Business

House Republicans will be reprising their after-hours protest against Democratic inaction on energy again today.

Here is a clip from the chaos last Friday from the blog Let Freedom Ring. They it snagged during Friday's no-camera, lights out protest.

This clip is quite valuable, as all outside cameras are prohibited on the House floor and the CSPAN monopoly had turned off their TV cameras.

FANTISTIC!

This has the makings of a "perfect storm".

Just when all indicators favored the Democrats this November, circumstances are converging against them. Democrats are crippled by their own base from taking action on an issue that is vital to an overwhelming majority of Americans. Add to that the fact that the Dali Bama has morphed into the Emporer with No Clothes and in a few short weeks the Democrats have gone from presumptive dominance to cowardly retreat.

How many times can a single political party shoot itself in the foot?

The Speaker of the House controls the TV feed, not CSPAN.
