The Obama White House is offering access to White House officials in exchange for donations. Is that normal use of executive power or an abuse? There may be a shortage of flu vaccinations out there, but one group won’t have to worry about it. It turns out that prisons will get all the vaccines that they want. They are in very close quarters and very high risk for the flu. Should we be giving vaccines to inmates when there aren't enough for the general population? On the show's most recent installment, David urinates on a painting of Jesus Christ, causing a woman to believe the painting depicts Jesus crying. A Will County judge had to accept a tray of jerk chicken as a substitute for a man's community service. When you've gotta go, you've gotta go: A motorist was pulled over for going 96 mph in a 40 mph zone. He said he was speeding because he desperately needed to find a rest room. He has since been sentenced to court supervision. A Philly woman posted an ad on Craigslist offering sex for Phillies tickets. Obviously she is facing some possible jailtime, and has also lost her job. It turns out that police lose evidence all over the world. Police in northern India lost an entire corpse. They found it two years later, on the roof of the police station.

Mark Brown has a column in the Sun-Times talking about the fact that high schools in Chicago used to make students swim naked in gym class. How was it ever acceptable to make students swim naked? President Obama spoke in Berlin when he was running for President, and he made a quick stop in Copenhagen to try to win the Olympics for Chicago, but he will not take the time to go to Berlin for the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall. Michael Barone, senior political analyst with the Washington Examiner thinks that it is because Obama's presidency doesn't quite match up with the rhetoric of his campaign speech there.

That’s a violation of company policy, which might explain why they weren’t too anxious to say what they were doing. Both Steve Phillips and his lady friend have now been fired from ESPN. Like all celebrities who screw up, Phillips is headed to rehab. A grocery store cashier was denied a break by her supervisor and ended up having a little accident. Now this modern day Norma Rae is suing for $200,000. She only had a verbal agreement with one of the managers, so does she have a case? For the low, low price of $1.85 million you could be the Obama clan’s next door neighbors. Politics aside, would you want to live in the giant security bubble that must surround Casa De Obama? Would the novelty of living next to a sitting President outweigh the hassle? Chicago police are now being told to Taser suspects in the back. That comes after Taser Internation advised that Tasering people in the chest could cause a rather nasty cardiac event.

Mother’s Bar in the Gold Coast is being accused or racism. A black college student was kicked out for baggy pants, so he changed and they still wouldn’t let him in. So then he took it one step further and gave his baggy pants to a white friend, who got in just fine. White House economic guru Christine Romer says that the stimulus effect is starting to level off.
