In honor of Ronald Reagan’s birthday, listen as the President participates in a Q&A session with reporters as he signs the Economic Recovery Act, the largest tax cut in American history. The bill was signed into law 27 years ago at his ranch, Rancho del Cielo, on August 13, 1981.
