Part 2: Operation Uplink Update! Jerry and Randy welcome Karen Maxton, from Fort Hood Texas. She talks about her husbands work with Task Force Phantom, and the disbursment of Operation Uplink cards to troops in Iraq

Part 3: Jerry and Randy talk about a bizarre story involving a Marine Captain in Detroit, and a plea deal for a fake marriage.

Part 4: The National Defense runs down their Hot Topics, as well as nominating their "Man of the Year"

Part 1: "Best Of the National Defense" Replaying the best portions of the National Defense over the last couple months, The National Defense is proud to welcome Veteran and Author James M. Ennes, Jr. and speak with him about his book "Assault on the Liberty" which addresses a 40 year old attack on the USS Liberty by Israeli jets carrying napalm, as well as torpedo boats that eventually sunk the Liberty, killing 34 and wounding 174 others. A MUST listen!

Part 2: "Best of the National Defense" Jerry and Randy welcome Randy Gaddo of Beirut Veterans of America. Randy Gaddo is a retired marine and discusses his work as a staff Sgt. and photojournalist at that time. Mr Gaddo discusses the 24th Annaul Remembrance of America's continued involvment in Beirut.

Part 3: "Best of the National Defense" Randy and Jerry listen to comments made by former Gen. Wesley Clark's comments made about America's role in Iraq on "The Daily Show with John Stewart"
