Mark Kirk sent Sarah Palin a memo asking her to say some positive things about him. Since he has some stances that are at odds with Palin, would you have less respect for her if she endorsed Mark Kirk? John and Cisco talked to Lynn Sweet with the Chicago Sun-Times, who has been following the story. Michael Jackson's doctor says that the pop star used to pee in front people and even kids. He says that it probably the explanation for why his molestation accuser was able to describe Jackson in such detail. Plus Dennis Miller.

The commission would be dedicated to figuring out the best way to welcome aliens if they arrive on earth. Racially Insensitive Moment: A bar owner is in hot water after putting up a sign that said "Stop, Absolutely No Color's. You will not be served." He says that he was trying to keep bikers out, not minorities.

Last night at West Point President Obama unveiled his new strategy for Afghanistan. Obama is calling for 30,000 more troops, and withdrawal of US troops by July of 2011. Bill Gertz the defense and national security reporter for the Washington Times joined John to talk about the speech from a military angle. The backers of the Chicago Spire are in talks with the AFL-CIO about the possibility of using money from their pension fund to revive the project. This would be similar to the deal struck when Marina City was built. With the real estate market being what it is right now, is it a good idea for a union to use their pension fund to build condos?

A Chicago man used a hammer to leave a path of destruction at a Target store in Winona, Minnesota. He smashed much of the equipment in the electronics section, and even took a few swings at police officers before they tased him. President Obama will speak to troops at West Point tonight and unveil his new strategy for Afghanistan. John talked to Todd Starnes from Fox News Radio about what we can expect the President to say. Gun of The Day: An Oregon man shot and injured a person who was trying to break into his apartment. Maurice Clemmons was killed by police this morning, but he may come back to haunt Mike Huckabee. Huckabee commuted Clemons sentence when he was governor of Arkansas. John talked about the latest in the Tiger Woods story with Nick Ragone from Ketchum PR. So far Woods has botched the PR aspect of his car accident. City leaders in Wheaton have been starting off their city council meetings with a prayer. Not everyone likes the idea. With the poor economy, more and more people are on food stamps these days. But apparently food stamps have lost their stigma and are actually becoming popular. Tiger Woods was involved in a car accident over the weekend. Some reports are saying the accident was caused by his wife who was chasing after his car after an argument over an alleged affair. President Obama’s state dinner for the Prime Minister of India had two party crashers. Don’t you like to think it would actually be more difficult than that to get near the President? Facebook caused a Canadian woman to lose her monthly sick-leave benefits she was receiving for depression. Her insurance company said that Facebook photos of the woman on a beach and at her birthday party proved that she was no longer suffering from the disease. A man whose 95-year prison sentence was commuted by then Gov. Mike Huckabee was being sought over the weekend as a "person of interest" in a deadly ambush on four police officers who were gunned down inside a coffee shop. Do you think that could hurt Huckabee's chances in 2012?

The five men facing trial in the Sept. 11 attacks will plead not guilty so that they can air their criticisms of U.S. foreign policy. Todd Stroger vetoed the sales tax rollback. Again. President Obama’s approval rating is down to 49% according to Gallup.
