A Tribute to Officer Richard Francis

Early on the morning of July 2, 2008, Chicago Police Officer Richard Francis was shot and killed while on duty. He was a 27-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department, a devoted husband, and a father. Officer Francis was laid to rest on Monday, July 7. This is a John & Cisco tribute to the life and service of Officer Francis.
