New York City is brimming over with lots of debate and interesting rhetoric at the United Nations. Its the 59th session on the Commission on the Status of Women and, strangely, a lot of the conversation has less to do about women and more to do about LGBT activism and the right to kill other humans (aka abortion).
Next week, EU leaders will meet to discuss effective long-term strategies for policy with Russia. So far, sanctions have not been effective in changing Russian public support of Putin's government.
